宿は古さを感じますが部屋は小綺麗でした。風呂とトイレは別別です。給湯は使用前に連絡してお湯が出るようにしてもらう必要あり。光熱費が高騰してて省エネのためとのこと。おばちゃんに色々聞いたら色々教えてくれました。好き嫌いが分かれるタイプでしょうねきっと。駐車場は宿の目の前にコインパーキングがあります。出るときにおばちゃんが駐車代払ってくれました。感謝です

道後温泉繁華街から少し離れて静かだけど、歩いて行ける距離で問題なし。女性の夜の独り歩きには少し寂しい場所にあります。ホテルの方はとてもフレンドリーで道後温泉の情報を教えて頂き良かったです。ただ、お風呂に入る時には声をかけないといけないところや、冷蔵庫が部屋に無く共同で廊下にあるのは不便を感じました。冷蔵庫には飲み水をたっぷり用意して頂きとても助かりました。

- 万人に最良とはいえないが、多くの人にとって十分よい選択と言える
- ピカピカに掃除しているホテルを基準に考える人には向かない
- かびくささはある程度はある。とはいえ民宿などではそこそこ経験するレベル。一部の口コミを見て懸念するほどではない(個人の感想)
- サイトからは読み取れなかったが部屋にトイレとバスルームはついている
- 冷蔵庫は共用スペースにある
- エアコンのききはよい
- 電源タップがこれでもかというほどある
- ベッドは広い
- この施設そのものではないが立地と設備的にこの施設の提供するサービスの一部と考えられる道後温泉本館についてであるが、入ろうとすると整理券が必要になり早々になくなる様子。朝は6:00-やっている。6:30の時点で整理券は9:30からのものが配られていた(2023年8月某日の事例)。別館の案内もされるが、そちらも6:30の時点で10数mほどの列。
- 考え方としては「この施設に滞在・宿泊する」のではなく「道後温泉に滞在する, その際に宿泊はこの施設を利用する」と思えばよいだろう。
- 総合的にいうと、この施設は提供する価値を偽ってはいないし、その点において十分な価値を提供している。低い評価をしている人は筋違いであろう(それらが他の人の参考になっていることは否定しない)。

築年数がたっている分、お値段を抑える事が出来ました。大人数でしたが和室が広く、ゆっくり過ごせました。駐車場（コインパーキング）はすぐ近くにたくさんあり便利でした。

今回安価を理由に予約をしたにもかかわらずネットの値段が誤っていたと倍の金額を取られてしまいました。こちらの言い分では不当広告と言いたかったけどめんどくさいので追加料金を払いました。今回広告に載せた値段には責任を持ってほしいと思いました。
今度から注意してほしいと思いました。
