I liked the facilities, suitable for any type of person, it has access to the beach, the food is very tasty and the staff is very attentive

The hotel was nice and clean. The only thing was the pool was warmer than the hot tub. We sneaked into the an adjacent resort to use the pool and hot tub which was much better.

Nothing right too many issues terrible stay never again windows leaking water not warm water for shower courtine not working unsafe I hit my head because this doesn't work

Staff are very helpful and courteous, the hotel itself is well kept and maintained, clean.

Good Average Hotel. Serve was good. Is away from tourist area. Look for a breakfast away from the Hotel.

Hot tub needs to be a hot tub water wasn’t hot at all and when people go to rooms to make the beds and clean restroom need a little sweep on the floor but overall good

Not recommended!! Cable didn’t work No hot water in the shower. They charge for everything. Employees are more worried about charging for anything than providing a good service.ig you need more water for your room you need to pay extra for a bottle. Rooms are super small!

The property location is excellent. Right on the beach! The view is spectacular. The rooms are very bright white, not very soothing. The plumbing is loud. Not sure... but all night sounds like someone is in your room flushing the toilet. You need to keep a key card in the socket inside the door if you ant any electricity. Glad we figured this out.

Room was too small for having 2 queen beds and to pay for an ocean view side not worth view is not a full view due to how building is constructed. No fridge or microwave available. Cleaning staff were the only ones that were nice. Desk reps not customer service oriented they need some proper training or just have a fake smile on there face would be nice when greeting.

We crash the Ben Honda odyssey the corner is to small to turn in or on up or down only good for small cars

The hotel front-desk staff were amazing. The rest of the hotel staff were disappointing. The hotel restaurant was poor at best failing to have any cheese for recipes and then taking over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver a burger during non peak times. The hotel was well decorated and the beds were comfortable. The shower was a great size but for the first time in my life the shower would run out of COLD water! I don’t even understand how that’s possible. The toilet made some of the loudest noise I’ve ever heard from plumbing. I would NOT recommend this hotel…

Everything was great except we never had hot water, barely luke warm. I couldn't stand under it.

Staff was friendly. I booked a king yet got 2 doubles. Hotel was almost empty- but too tired from traveling to change rooms or complain. I requested an upper floor yet got second floor above the pool. The music was so loud each night until 11pm. The patio lights are on auto shut off which isn’t until 10pm. That was terrible. Again, the staff was kind, rooms were clean, weak drinks, but great burgers & pasta.

Quiet place to spend some time. Pool well maintained. On the beach! Bus stops right outside for trips to Centro, malecon and anywhere else you want to go. Oxxo down the street and a convenience store across the street for anything needed. Restaurant not to my taste as everything was exceptionally salty and a bit expensive. But other places a short bus ride away.
