Очень приятный чистый стильный отель, расположение идеальное, особенно если вам нужно на автовокзал. Понравилось практически все. Видно что к управлению отелем подходят с любовью и огромным вниманием.
Из минусов, то что при выселении вместо того чтобы вернуть депозит 25$, наоборот, вычли дополнительно 65$. После письма в службу поддержки исправили, но все равно осадочек остался.

The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude. I tried to check out late, but he refused to let me. I asked if I could pay for it, but he wouldn’t help. I even requested an extended stay for another day, but he said there weren’t any rooms available. I went online and booked a room anyway, and then he called me to move rooms. It was unacceptable behavior.

I arrived a few minutes after 4pm and my room wasn’t ready. I waited about 30 minutes and room was still not ready so they gave me a different room. The room they gave me was dirty and the pullout couch had a big mattress on it so I had to call someone to change it so I could fold the couch back up. One of the waters the provided for the room was already open and drank from. It was truly a disappointment to say the least. This was suppose to a “staycation” since we are from the area. Would I stay there again, no I wouldn’t, unfortunately.

As we went into the room there was an old smell. Afterwards we noticed a big old blood stain in the carpet. The hotel required a deposit for the stay. You can not drink around the pool area and you could not go inside the lobby in bathing suit wear.

It smelled and the bed in the room were in bed frames too big so we kept hitting our legs on them

The property was very clean but felt dated. The parking elevator was out of service. Tge parking area was in need of repairs. Friendly staff.
