No cleaning service, breakfast is super simple and repetitive, facilities are old

Old facilities, poor service, slow response, too noisy air conditioning, poor network

Stocked adequately for a short stay. We loved the convenience of having a refrigerator and cooktop. Nice amenities as well (fitness center, washer/dryer, breakfast, complimentary happy hour, and lovely outdoor spaces). We’ll be back!

It was our nephew’s wedding nearby and it was a perfect location. We enjoyed our 2 bedrooms suite and highly recommended.

Lobby, they freaking out about payment and make me pay during I stay, i travel a lot I never see hotel like this, must time hotel they charge me when I check out but this hotel make me pay first, however this lobby person act something problem,

It was a great location for our family of six. However, there was a visible mold issue on the wall and door frame in the same place of both bathrooms in our suite, which suggests a widespread design flaw. Having dealt with toxic mold related illnesses, I would not recommend this place for a long term stay or for anyone healing from mold.

Very comfortable nicely appointed rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good location. Short drive to DC. Note there is extra parking underneath the building.

Smelled a little moldy or old. I found a piece of a nail in the room near the table on the carpet. It was unpleasant. There is no soundproofing in the rooms at all. We heard someone watching TV at the other end of the corridor, the conversations of all the neighbors ...

My stay at this hotel with excellent. I usually stay at a Marriott hotel but Staybridge suites has won me over and from now on I will be looking for one at my next destination.
