This hotel was amazing offerd great breakfast and was close and convenient to many of stores I recommend any stay here it was amazing

The property was new, clean and well kept. However, lighting was disappointing; you had to get up from bed in order to put out the bed lamps.

We checked in and there were no towels in our room. We called reception to request for it they told us they will bring it but no one came for 1 hour as we waited. We went downstairs to speak to reception and were told all towels are still being washed and none will be available until 7:30 pm so we had to wait for them. We also had requested for our room to be cleaned at front desk during our stay, this too wasn't done and again when i asked for new towels as we had anticipated for them to be changed which wasn't done as our room never got cleaned. We again had to waitl till same time. Not sure what the issue is but the hotel staff may have a shortage of people as the person at front desk is also managing the breakfast and cleaning staff and also towels. Also most of the time when you call front desk there is barely ever anyone to answer the call as it seems they are doing more than what their responsibilities are due to the shortage in staff.

Unfortunately my mother had to stay over for Christmas with one of her elderly client. So my sister and I decided to stay at a hotel closest to her. My experience was not very good mostly. I went early to inquire about early check in and the person at the front was extremely rude, she literally insulted me not in her unavailability but how she responded. We went away and came back later that evening Christmas Eve so we could get to have an early evening as a family and open gift since my mom got a few hr break. The person who checked me in was very pleasant and could see I was exhausted and was very kind. The following morning of check out I went asked the front for a late check out, he agreed to 12:30pm. Upon packing to exit the room at 12:13pm someone knocked on the door and started yelling at us for not having exited the room at 12. We explained we spoke to a member of staff and was granted check out at 12:30 and are in fact packing our car to leave. She then asked who would do that since she’s the only one who could approve this. (Clearly that’s not our problem, we are guests) this is an internal issue and best handled in private. She was very rude of which I told her. A phone call to check in with us would have been more appropriate than to come pounding on the door as though we aren’t welcomed or paying guests. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Customer service was the worst. The walls had brown smudges and the sheets are thin not nearly warm

WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE ROOM, NO HOT WATER UNABLE TO SHOWER! NO HOT BREAKFAST, I MADE FOR A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS! SO MUCH FOR THE HILTON EXPERIENCE,,!,,,,

The room was very clean, however, there was terrible mold in the air-conditioning unit. And it’s great that there are no carpets because that helps with the cleanliness, but it also means that it is extremely noisy. You can hear conversations in the next room and every time a door gets latched or unlatched. It seems slightly understaffed the woman doing the breakfast service was very friendly and lovely though she was doing absolutely absolutely everything, and it was hard to watch her struggle with keeping up with the desk while doing everything else. The hotel lobby is decorated in a really fun way, and the space is very warm and welcoming.

A very nice new hotel, but the lack of microwaves or coffee makers in the room feels very no frills.Comfy bed. Breakfast was not very tasty.

We were there at a holiday time so our stay may be an underestimate of their norm, but we didn’t get housekeeping service due to the every other day scheduling and confusion on who was coming to service our room. They had some issues with staffing.

The room was pleasantly sp**** to support the clean factor. Bed was a bit stiff and the pillows were like paper. The shower door didn’t stay closed so some water came out and the a/c, which wasn’t on, leaked a bit. Other than that stuff, food was good and very clean.
