A beautiful new hotel in El Poblado. A short taxi from the madness that is Provenza. The 3rd floor is fantastic with the hydrotherapy pool and the infrared sauna. There is also a listening room and yoga room.
The staff were so attentive and genuinely warm. The quality of the grab and go non alcoholic and alcohol drinks was high.
Coffee amazing.
They've nailed it with the breakfast option. No fear of cold scrambled eggs or overeating at a breakfast buffet.
I enjoyed both the shakshuka and the benny.
I had my laundry done as well and they said it was be ready by the next day but it was done the same day.
Definitely stay here!!

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were both amazing. The breakfast is incredible. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Close walking distance to many restaurants, markets and the eco park.

坐在床上雙腿發癢，打電話給前台要求更換床品，前台説管家已經下班了，然後派了一個工作人員，幫我換了床單，並把原先的被子抱走重新抱了一床沒有被罩的被子給我，我心想算了，工作人員不説英語，我自己套上被罩吧！卻發現另外一個也是床單，於是WhatsApp和前台聯繫，前台説這是他們能做的最大努力了。。。我繼續跟他們溝通要求換房間，前台開始説他們的被子是很乾凈的，肯定是我自己過敏了之類，如果換了房間還是一樣的話他們也做不了什麼blah blah。。。。。如果是過敏，不可能衹是接觸過床品的雙腿發癢吧？我堅持要麼換房，要麼退房才給我換了房間。。。對於這樣高評分的酒店處理問題的方式真讓人失望。。。
洗手枱盆的高度太高，洗個手水都會從手肘流下來。。。

Versus is on the way to being one of the top hotels in Medellin. The staff are unobtrusive, friendly and helpful all at the same time, and the food is excellent. If you want to experience Medellin at your own pace this is my recommendation!

The security staff treated me like I was a beggar or something. He didn’t even want me to enter the property and when he finally stood over after I told him I was staying there he was seeing me all mad. The hotel staff were nice enough. I had to change hotel because it was really uncomfortable though.

This is an excellent hotel with an excellent staff Miguel at the front desk was awesome. The property is updated fresh and stylish. I stayed 2 nights. My new go to spot in Medillin.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at the staff is professional and attentive very nice and the hotel is gorgeous,clean and the amenities are great the suite was nice with the view of Medellín and the food is amazing and healthy I will highly recommended it and I will definitely stay there again

Do you have to make some changes, for example, don’t ask for reuse the towels, do you have to put one refrigerator in the rooms because it is a basic need.

Orientation regarding VIP amenities access during the Check-in process mention an Upgrade Balcony Room plus 18.00000 in credit were assigned to use in the Restaurant. The Room 615 wasn’t have balcony. I didn’t complaint, but I let them known and Never changed, Only use the credit for a second Drink Welcome Infusion . If was an error they just apologized… the Magic in Medellin vacations start and end when You obtain the opportunity to enjoy the city View in a High level floor..
Because the memories will get forever and help us to recommend and the #tbt showed in a picture Sale more.
Don’t offer a gift to Never provide another option better nothing… Guest Service can be the Best… for me was good IS JUST AN Observation from a Guest, for a 5 Star Quality. Thanks!
