我們就是眉山本地人，因為家裡親戚過來水街玩，需要訂個房間。訂好房，老闆會給發送入住指引，跟停車指引，很方便，按照指引走就行。房間確實不錯，客廳很大，卧室也挺寬敞，床睡着很舒服，洗漱的東西一次性用品齊全，洗護用的阿道夫，瞬間感覺賺了。所以下次還去，然後聽老闆説他們家户型很多，有可以看江的，看水街全景的。值得去感受一下

提前13天定的名宿，訂單上顯示不可取消，按計劃出遊，出發前和房東聯繫，詢問辦理入住的方式，房東説我們訂的房間還沒打掃出來，我説我們從成都過來需要1個半小時，房東當時衹説加個微信，到了跟她聯繫。
我們從成都出發90km，到了小區聯繫房東辦理入住，房東下來告知我定的房間上一個客人續了房，讓我取消訂單，當場爭執了幾句後房東承諾重新找一間同等價位的房間，這個時候心情很不好了，我出門聯繫的時候為什麼不告知？大老遠的過來了被告知要取消訂單，笑**了。
入住的是一間有機麻的房子，翻箱倒櫃沒有看到機麻線，問房東，被告知小區前段時間因為打牌動了刀跳了樓，線被派出所收走了，令人無語，這是一個小區，不是酒店，派出所是一家家敲門收走的電線嗎？這個時候心情更差了。
因為有孩子，當天眉山下雨，氣温大概18度的樣子，孩子太小，想着晚上洗澡後穿衣服冷，想提前開個空調，房間內所有的空調都開不了，最後在入門處的鞋櫃裏面把空調的電閘全部關了，此處還拿一把大鎖鎖着，當時火冒三丈，聯繫房東開鎖，半個小時之後另一個人過來，説洗澡不是有風暖嗎？我解釋説小孩兒太小了，洗澡後穿衣服要開着空調的，所以她衹給我開了一個卧室的空調電閘，卧室還是關着的，我訂的房間，卻享受不了相應的服務，氣得要死。
綜上所述，體驗感極差，不推薦。

這麼多次以來最糟糕的一次民宿體驗，首先在攜程上定了一間153的房 打電話問入住和具體地址時被告知雖然訂單被接受了但他家沒房了 結果還是攜程官方幫我加錢重訂了他家的房 入住體驗極其糟糕
1.到小區門口後要購買停車票，原價153的房給我們加到226後居然連5元的停車票還要我們自行付款，而且服務態度極為惡劣。
2.進房間以後地板上一看就是沒有好好打掃 還有前面住客的頭髮和灰塵垃圾。
3.房間的WiFi無法上網，導致電視也不能觀看，手機移動信號也不好。
4.床鋪和鋪蓋看起來鋪好了，其實晚上睡一會過後渾身發癢，明顯沒有做清潔消毒，被子有一股噁心的味道，床單上有不知名小昆蟲，空調製熱效果很差。
5.居然還有蚊子，也沒有配備類似於蚊香液的除蚊措施。

忘記拍照了，很乾凈衞生。房間也蠻大的，客廳和卧室都可以看到水街，晚上夜景也是棒棒的。主要是還經濟實惠，就在水街旁邊，出行也很方便
