So I chose his homestay hotel, the style is really special, warm and comfortable, large layout, two bedrooms and one living room, the facilities are quite good, 3 independent large air conditioners, independent kitchen for cooking, hot things are special Convenient, there is also a refrigerator in the living room, fresh fruits can be kept fresh in the refrigerator, fully automatic drying and washing machine, home comfort is particularly high, and the layout of the room is very good. Out of the community is the water street, there are performances in the evening, the store’s travel guide is very good, and it is convenient.

I stayed in this store for two nights during my trip to Meishan. I have to say that the location is really great. Go down to the downstairs and go out and turn right to Water Street. The wetland park can’t be closer anymore, it suits me too. People who don't like walking. Not to mention the rooms, looking directly at the picture, the sanitation is particularly clean, breaking my previous perception of homestays. The room is nice, you can see the water street across the street, it is convenient to travel. I have seen several hotels on Ctrip, and read reviews, all of which have such problems. So I saw the reviews of this homestay and I was in the mood to try it for the first time to book a homestay located in the community. The community guards are in place, registration is required for the first check-in, parking is free, and you are free to enter and exit during the period. There are many parking spaces in the underground parking lot and parking is convenient. The three of us have booked two suites. The decoration styles of the two suites are slightly different. The business is very good. They specially arranged two houses next to each other. The rooms have beautiful and moving night views, and they are all clean and hygienic. They sleep very well at night. Clean, the elders say it’s more comfortable than staying in a hotel, the air conditioning in the room is great, and the toiletries are disposable, clean and sanitary, and feel relieved. I recommend friends to stay.

房間設施與圖片相符，小區住家式公寓酒店，適合一家人入住。民宿離水街很近，下樓出小區步行幾分鐘路。房屋整體條件還是不錯的，床鋪也乾淨，希望能提高下洗漱用品的質量、局部衞生清理是否仔細需要再觀注下。

比較舊了，衞生不咋樣，一點好處離得近。家裡人都覺得還得住酒店，最近的民宿普遍都不行了，不像剛開始那會兒了。

對這家的服務真的很無語，入住當天下午四點到小區門口，在門口等了半個小時登記，這也就算了，進去好不容易找到房間，居然沒打掃，又等半個小時換房間，換了新的房間也是沒打掃的，現場在那裡等着打掃，最後到五點多才正式入住下。 然後呢？飲水機的水居然有青苔，還喝了幾杯才注意到，真的很倒胃口。 退房當天，明明攜程上我訂了一個延遲退房，是可以兩點才退的，快到12點的時候，阿姨來敲門，説讓我們走，我説我是訂了兩點退房的，給房東反應，他説會去説，我剛説完立馬又被敲門，前前後後敲了三次門，這是我體驗感最差的一次住店經歷，真的很拉，不會再來了。

乾淨的房間，很舒適。父母也很滿意，離水街特別近，車停小區直接走過去玩就是了。

房子位於網紅水街，樓下生活設施齊全，緊鄰東坡島水街穿越城，濕地公園，音樂噴泉。出小區就有影院、商場、美食、KTV吃喝玩樂齊備，非常方便，房內配有大屏液晶電視、洗衣機、冰箱、採光很好，可以遠眺湖景。房間空調很給力、客廳有非常柔軟的沙發、寬敞的大陽台和獨立廚房跟衞生間，24小時熱水有家的感覺。房間打掃的很乾凈，床上用品都是純白色的，晚上睡覺很舒服，看的出來老闆用心了。護髮、洗澡、吹風機、一次性洗漱用品應有盡有。 我們是開過去眉山玩的，小區的安保挺負責的，24小時有人。訂好房間，老闆給報備了，車可以直接停地下停車場就好。 所以很棒必須5星好評，聽老闆有很多户型，下次還去，體驗一下他們家另外的房間。[呲牙] 🍃環境：可以觀景，很棒
