半夜門鈴響了，開門看沒看到人。第二天強烈要求查監控了才給查的，最後發覺是設備問題？就一句不好意思就把我們打發了，一點道歉或者賠償的意思都沒有。搞得長者家心臟病都犯了，吃了三次救心丸才緩過來！你們酒店就是這樣服務顧客的？如果長者家有什麼三長兩短的一定找你們算賬！12315投訴！差評！差評！

有被驚喜到，很新，很乾凈，床墊不是那種已經被睡出一個坑那種，超級舒適！房間裏燈光敞亮，有書桌有小圓桌，有一張小沙發加兩張凳子，圍在一起聊聊天吃點東西也是極其愉快。重點有這麼大的陽台，還有一台洗衣機，但沒用上。地理位置方便，距離客天下很近，附近就有萬達。有地面停車場地下停車場，離場前到5樓前台掃碼就不用付款。

而且可以寄存行李🧳，因為參加朋友婚禮先過來玩兩天！客天下萬達都在附近，位置很不錯👌

第一次到梅州，選了公寓，價格如此實惠，床品還是軟硬適中，屋子裡很乾凈，對得起這個價位了。現在出外特別在意床品別太硬也別太軟。乾淨就行了。

公寓小而精，性價比高，走出去右轉5分鐘可到河堤散步，左轉10分鐘可到萬達廣場購物覓食，去西站半小時，挺好的度假住宿的選擇
