Colazione molto abbondante,hotel pulitissimo e personale con proprietari molto gentili e professionali. L hotel dispone pure di una piscina ma non era possibile accedere perché la stavano ancora pulendo e sistemando. Unica pecca il parcheggio, ma va bene ugualmente. Tornerò sicuramente

Aangenaam hotel met zeer vriendelijke mensen op loop en fietsafstand van het centrum. Kamers en hotel in het algemeen kan wel wat gerenoveerd worden maar al bij al een mooie en gezellige tussenstop op doorreis door Zuid Tirol. Grote mooie tuin MET zwembad. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijt!

Prenotato e pagato 160€ di caparra una stanza quadrupla x me, x mia moglie e 2 figlie (12 e 9anni), 6gg prima della partenza le mie figlie si sono ammalate di covid19 e non potendo più andare ho mandato una mail avvisando del problema e se era possibile riavere la caparra, non ho ricevuto risposta, l'indomani chiamo (tel) e mi risponde una donna che neanche capiva l'italiano e tra una parola capita ed una no mi diceva di richiamare l'indomani mattina perché c'era chi di dovere..... Fatto sta che di telefonate ne ho fatte e nessuno ha mai risposto né al Telefono tanto meno alla Mail, stamattina ne ho mandata un'altra chi sa un giorno riceverò risposta? Non credo ....... Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare in quanto dovesse sopraggiungere un qualsiasi problema, non vi verrà risolto ma diciamo "Neanche Risposto", Educazione Zero.......

Camere confortevoli e SUPER PULITE. Servizio sempre cordiale. Abbondante colazione internazionale a buffet. Posizione eccellente che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Merano e le terme a piedi. Presenza di piscina esterna con ampio giardino e sdraie gratuite. Tutto perfetto.

Soggiorno di 5notti, stanza 29, ampia con bagno comodo, biancheria cambiata spesso, ottima pulizia, bel balcone su piscina, colazione abbondante, ampia finestra con porta finestra garantisce buona aerazione che evita uso di a/c, posizione abb. vicina al centro raggiungibile a piedi.
