It was loud , didn't get any sleep. People stomping up and down the hallways going in and out the doors all night long it was loud plus there's no coffee pots or anything like that inside the room.

This used to be the go-to place between Seattle and Salt Lake City. This last stay was the straw that broke the camel's back. Handicap parking covered in snow and ice and that was after you navigated the unplowed parking lot. Very dangerous. Stinging shower heads. Front desk staff could care less.

All great, except for the wet stain in the bed when I turned down the sheets. I was too tired to make a beef. Slept on the other side of the bed.

Room was clean with fridge and microwave. Additionall mirror outside bathroom and lots of tv and movie channels to select from.

I was cold no extra blanket and the remote only worked if I held it up in the air.. That was annoying.

Nice big area for dogs to potty, walk around (on leash). Close to many places to eat and grocery store. Downside: I was told they had a new no smoking in the rooms policy. I must have gotten one of the old smoking rooms. My room smelled like an ashtray. Not sure if one could request a room that hadn’t been smoked in or not.

The room had an odor. It burned my eyes when I entered the room. I use a c-pap machine so it blocked the odor for sleeping.I had to change the filter when I got home.
No screen on the window which was open when I arrived. Bugs came in.
Some lights did not work.
Bed was sloppily made. I had to keep straightening the pad under the sheets and the bottom sheet would not stay in place. Aggravating when trying to sleep.
Electric outlets were inconveniently located. No updates for electronics.
Floors were cold and peeling at some seams. There were some stains on the walls.

The staff was great.
There were only 2 towels in the pool area, no extra pillows. The TV didn't work, beds were uncomfortable. The staff was lovely
