We spent a night at the end of our holiday and we’re pleasantly surprised from entering the spacious lobby. The decor was pleasant included a water wall and living wall features, and we were surprised to see an outdoor pool and seating area. We were greeted by friendly staff and our room 314 looked recently refurbished with a Japanese theme. The air con was welcome and the bed comfortable and bathroom had a good shower, no bath. Facilities were good, including a kettle and coffee pod machine. Dinner was good although the menu was limited. We were offered an outside table or inside. The table linen was good. Breakfast was good and the wide selection was delicious. The shuttle was efficient and comfortable. All staff were friendly. We recommend this airport hotel highly. Thankyou for a comfortable stay.

After Ctrip paid the payment to the store, the unknown reason was cancelled. It may be that the agent did not communicate well. Fortunately, there was room at the time. Ctrip customer service contacted the result and paid for the payment. The episode was over. Breakfast is delicious and parking is free. The minibar is free. The room is big, just the room, the stairs.

I visited Quality Suites Bordeaux Merignac in May 2021 for a family trip. We were warmly welcomed and given all the explanations regarding the hotel facilities and rooms. The reception staff was well prepared, with friendly approach: they made us feel home. The hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID restrictions, but the staff gave us plenty of support for ordering food from some outside restaurants. The hotel has a large free parking, a nice bar and a very good selection of wines. The room was spacious, cleaning was well done and it was a pleasure to sleep in a bed equipped with a new excellent mattress. We used the kitchenette to cook and we found it well equipped with all sort of cutlery and cooking tools. I'm overall very satisfied and I would like to thank the staff for making so enjoyable our stay, we will definitely return.

The hotel is very new, the service is very good, the restaurant tastes very good, the swimming pool is a big selling point 1.5 meters deep is very suitable for parents and children, the location is general, a bit far from the airport, it is convenient to drive or take a taxi, the bus to the airport is 30 minutes, there is no bus on weekends, and the surrounding area is still under development. No other facilities, a short stay is good

This is a very nice hotel. It’s new and clean, the rooms are big and facilities are great. I was able to get the tram to and from downtown with no problem. It is within walking distance of the airport but I can see how that would be difficult in bad weather. The area is new and apparently not in the Uber maps yet, so you can’t really order one to pick up at the hotel, but I was able to walk out to the road (＜5 mins) and get one there. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Overall had a great stay and would recommend.

Excellent bed and very hot swimming pool and innocent cleanliness. Perfect home and breakfast buffet very very good, generous and of high quality. Parking is very large and the quiet is perfect.
