I didn't have a stay there, they said their internet got problem I have pay in desk but not online, luckily Trip.com helped me to do a refund, there's no one can speak English, so not very friendly for a foreigner.

When I was in the room and saw everything, I immediately went to reception and showed the pictures, they were just laughing and they couldn't do anything, I left immediately before I got sick, I am very disappointed with trip.com that they offer something like this

First they tried to convince you that ******* reservation number is not correct, then you should have long debate about reservation to check in.
Room is dirty, toilet is very unclean, no hot water and even shower is broken.
Not recommended at all.

The cleaning was beyond disgusting, the pillowcases had not been washed for maybe a year, the toilet seat was pitch black. When we came to check in to the hotel, we waited for 1 hour to get into our room.
