This was probably the worst we’ve used. The bar was tended by the receptionist so the guests who wanted to check-in were kept waiting, or those who wanted a drink were. The chicken wings were cold and soggy at lunch. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the room smelled very strongly of bleach. We arrived at breakfast to be told there was a 30-40 minute wait for food. It was longer than that. Much longer. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. There were no plates but that was Ok because there was no food either. No bread, pastry’s, yoghurts, orange juice. The coffee machine was out of action as it needed the grounds emptying. That took ages and then the coffee was stone cold. It was a shambles really. Not nearly enough staff on duty.

The hotel should be in the 5th district of London, but it is very close to Tottenham Hale station, only 5 minutes away, and you can go to a large shopping mall nearby by Liangzhong station, which is convenient. This should be an express hotel, similar to... Although the cleanliness is good, the maintenance is not satisfactory. The bathroom only needs a shower, and the ceiling is like a stalactite hole dripping with water. But at this price, it’s still okay.

Hotel is 360 degrees worth. Room, service, food, location: very good. From Heathrow airport take Elisabeth line + light train, walk 100 mt and you are arrived. To Stansted airport take the bus at 100 mt and in 20min you are at Stratford station. Walk for 100 mt and you are connected with the City. Strongly suggested.

We have stayed here before it's just inside the ULEZ zone so take that in to consideration but the car park is free. t’s a 5 min walk to the Prince Regent DLR station and from there you have great access into central London we spent 3 nights here and felt very safe walking in the dark to and from the hotel to the station. The hotel itself is good we had nothing to complain about apart from the restaurant was not open due to emergency maintenance so no breakfast options but we tend to eat outside of the hotel anyway. Id recommend for a family travelling to London we stayed £120 for 3 nights which was a bargain

Shopping is convenient, the supermarket store is near the hotel, shopping, dining is convenient, the rooms are cleaned, the breakfast is diverse, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, because the language is not fluent, patient and meticulous, to meet customer needs.

We had to leave very unexpectedly, but did find the hotel a little run down looking from the outside. We had arrived early and the room was ready, but we could only check in early for an extra charge which we declined, as we were going out anyway so just left our bags in the car. The room was supposed to be an executive room however, it was like any other room we had ever stayed in so don’t know what was executive about it. Tea tray was a bit stingy with 1 packet of biscuits between 2 of us (1 biscuit each). Only 4 milk cartons, but plenty of tea and coffee sachets. The bathroom had nice shower gel and lotion supplied with plenty of towels but, also had blue insulation tape on the radiator and the ceiling above the bath was peeling it all looked a little tired. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable, but definitely lacked that added luxury that I thought we had upgraded to with executive. Maybe that was my own fault not checking exactly what the difference was between normal and executive aside from the price. Sadly, our trip was cut short with an emergency, so we never got to stay overnight or sample the breakfast.

The hotel is near Stop J where the national express bus to the airport stops. It is convenient if you plan to travel in and out of the city. It’s still quite a bit of a walk to the bus stop and train station, not at the door step but manageable. The security is also very tight at the hotel. Staff was very accommodating. I checked in late and checked out early. Everything went smoothly. They also gave me a cake for my birthday which was sweet. Room is generally clean. Carpet could be cleaner. Also, the room is spacious for London’s standard.

We stayed here for our wedding, and were really quite underwhelmed. We had hoped to stay somewhere that felt somewhat luxurious, but the entire hotel feels quite outdated. While they can't control the heat, it's unfortunate that they don't have any air conditioning - it made it really challenging to sleep, so I would recommend staying somewhere else over the summer months. This was exacerbated by the fact the bed was extremely uncomfortable - there was either a bar across the mattress or a spring loose, but either way I couldn't get any sleep (not ideal the night before your wedding!) The breakfast food was not bad, although staff were slightly abrupt with us until they realised we were there for our wedding (at which point they did become far more friendly!). Our parents stayed with us at the hotel, and were similarly disappointed by the hotel - one was staying very near their events room and so was kept up by the noise coming from that. The drinks in the bar are extremely expensive, even when you take into account the location. It's also a shame that the upstairs & outdoor area that looks out onto the river is for private party use only. It means that when it's a nice day and you'd like to sit outside for a drink, there are only 2 tables at the side of the hotel overlooking the carpark - not particularly joyous! Check out was also a bit of a nightmare - after a certain time in the morning the doors automatically lock you out (which we discovered while going to the car to pack up). You then need to queue at reception to get this undone so you can get back into your room, which unsurprisingly at check out time is quite frustrating. Overall, not what we expected for the price. It's a massive shame because the property is beautiful and in an incredible location and they have so much potential to make this spectacular with some care and investment.

The room is still relatively clean, there is a washbasin in the room, the bathroom and the bathroom are common, very small. If it is a fat person, I feel that it is difficult to get in. I am only 155 in height and 83 kg in weight, which is very difficult. There is no elevator, the stairs are very narrow, so my luggage is stored directly on the first floor, and it is really inconvenient to take things down every day. 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. The bus from Victoria Station to Cambridge is sitting in the station. The car to Oxford is sitting outside the street, so it is a little earlier, and then there is plenty of time to consult, so as not to catch up. There are basically no people in the car to Oxford.

I lived in this hotel for the first time in the UK. The experience was very good at the time, the hotel is in a good location and cost-effective, so I thought I would choose to stay here afterwards. I wanted to book a room in advance for the second time this time, but chose a lot of dates without a room. Later only accessible rooms were available. Think about staying alive for two nights. Because one of them happens to be a New Year's Eve, it goes without saying that the price is not cost-effective. The room I gave was facing the street, and I didn't sleep well after a night of noisy. And this time the service attitude was very average. Retaining luggage is also reluctant. The front desk was also lazy. In short, I won't come next time. In the end, a penny is a penny, and a willingness to spend money on Mayfair's Marriott.

Location is okay, a 5-10min walk from the tube, and within easy reach of the river, Tower and St Katherine's dock. Hotel seemed to me to be a bit older and smaller than most Premier Inns. My room was very spacious and seemed recently refurbished. BUT - it was on the ground floor, immediately behind the reception desk, and both nights I stayed I struggled to sleep due to the constant banging of the door between reception and the bedrooms. This was even worse on a morning as - on both mornings - someone had locked it open, meaning the door lock banged loudly every time someone closed it. I don't expect much from a Premier Inn, but I do expect a good night's sleep, and this one fails to deliver. There are better Premier Inn options in London at the same price point and in better locations. I'm going to avoid this one in future.

From the moment you pull up you will find a hard to pinpoint but super chic vibe. This lobby/sitting area is exactly the decor Anthropologie would use if they built a boutique hotel. My room was large and filled with antiques. Cool air conditioning, fabulous toiletries, fluffy bedding all made my stay perfection. Staff was super helpful when I arrived off early flight from US. They also stored my bags on my last day. Breakfast and fresh latte were the perfect start to the day. Lucky enough to have stayed at both Zetter properties in London. I will be back!

The location of the hotel is very good. You can go to the subway and the Black Curtain train station in 5 minutes. The meals and rooms are also very satisfactory. The only downside is the hotel's network. The WiFi is very slow and it has to be connected. Later, it cost 5 pounds to upgrade the 24-hour WIFI. Actually, I still kept dropping the line. I found that my mobile phone was spending traffic again without paying attention. I had to keep connecting and I was very broken. This point needs to be improved.

A very pleasant little Premier Inn (and I've been to a lot of them up and down the country) in the City of London, and my room was very quiet. Not the sort of area, of course, where you're likely to get stag or hen parties. Just a few minutes from Bank tube station, and a little further walk to London Bridge if you're visiting the Tower. Simshad on Reception was particularly helpful when I checked in, and I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Ibis Canning Town on Friday 30th September. We found the reception staff really friendly and welcoming We chose the Ibis as we were watching a concert at the O2 that evening. The underground station is just across the road from the Ibis and then just one stop on the jubilee line to the O2. Perfectly located The hotel is very new, immaculate and very chic. Parking was really easy in Hallsville quarter carpark Newham, Rathbone Market, Barking Road, Newham E16 1EN we initially struggled to find parking info online as it’s all very new in this area and lots of building still ongoing. This is an underground carpark behind the Ibis it’s 2 hours free for shopping at Morrisons supermarket and £15.20 for overnight parking we used the PayByPhone app it was very easy. We ate in the very trendy bar having the pizza and a drink deal for £17.50 There was live music in the bar that evening which unfortunately we missed but had a drink after returning from our concert. It was just very chilled, comfortable and welcoming Breakfast was amazing buffet style with a choice full English and continental The staff are lovely couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Tahir was a name of the team we remembered, he was a very happy friendly face at breakfast but all the staff were fantastic We would definitely recommend a staff at this hotel 👍

We stayed at this hotel 13-15th September 2022 as a theatre visit treat. The hotel is excellent for theatre land. It is a stone's throw from the Aldwych (Tina) and convenient for lots of other theatres too. The hotel is modern as I believe it has only recently reopened up. The staff are very helpful and the roof top terrace is lovely for a nice drink either before or after the theatre. We had asked for an accessible room and the room was big. The bathroom was huge so as to accommodate a wheelchair user. However we did come across some teething problems which could easily be sorted out. 1. No bedside tables or shelf. Glasses etc had to be left on the floor by the bed 2. No shelves in the wardrobe. The only shelf in the wardrobe was about 7' high (not good for a wheelchair user) Only two tiny drawers in the wardrobe too 3. Really Tiny hand basin in ensuite - about the size of a toothbrush all round. 4. Bathroom totally flooded while showering. My husband reported it to reception who apologised and assured us it would be cleaned within the next hour. However on our return to the hotel after the theatre we discovered the floor was still soaking wet and still covered with our wet towels we had used to mop up the water. Apologies again from reception who said they would report it and offered us a complimentary breakfast the following morning which was excellent. 5. The vanity pack in the bathroom contained 1 cotton bud. Obviously it had already been opened by the previous occupant but not replaced by housekeeping 6. We had to ask for more tea/coffee/milk in the room as it hadn't been replenished when cleaning the room 7. There was no mirror in the bedroom to use when using hair dryer to dry hair. The flex on the hairdryer was really tight so had to sit on the bed by the headboard where the plug sockets were to try and dry hair.

Very central location and quiet despite all the bars around there. Not the fanciest Hilton and small touches missing. We had a twin room. 1 pack of biscuits between us for 2 days lol. Air con was faulty - smelly and noisy. Did move rooms and slightly better but not a great hotel for my birthday stay. Beds uncomfortable. Pillows best ever! Big TV. Staff lovely.

A few teething problems such as the soap dish was broken and left on the side and when I was already in my bath, I found that the liquid body wash and conditioner bottles were empty so had to get out to call reception to get more. I was given a later check out time and housekeeping came swiftly which was good. Please be aware that if staying in the old building which I love for the architecture, the breakfast music in the restaurant starts at 8.30 and can awake a tired traveller and goes on until the end of breakfast at 10. I love an atmosphere so this is not a complaint just to bear in mind when booking.

I made a reservation for two people at a bargain price, but it was a flat with 2 beds, a living room and a kitchen. Since it was on the 15th floor, the scenery is beautiful and the night view is the best. Since it was a corner room, there were 4 balconies, so I could relax outside. All are new and the bath is clean. You can cook and it's perfect for a weekend. There is also Tesco nearby, which is convenient. Anyway, it was beautiful and I wanted to live in such a house. The female receptionist is friendly and there is a male receptionist at night. If you can stay at a cheap price, I would like to go again. If there's one problem, the boiler in the kitchen? It's very noisy and you have to pay £ 500 first with a card as compensation. If you don't troll the room, that £ 500 will come back, but I think it's a bit expensive.

very good. The location is very good, close to the subway station, the room is small and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit simple and costs £25 for a separate fee. Bottled water is delivered daily and there is a bar downstairs. Overall still very good 乛

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious. We had a great nights sleep as the beds are very comfortable. We had the continental breakfast and I'd highly recommend. Overall the hotel is great value for money.

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, quieter than city centre (plus points) and surrounded by F&B and supermarkets. Very convenient. 5-7 min walk to 2 tube stations (Waterloo and Lambert North) and 2-3 min walk to bus stops. Room was clean, just that toilet had no shelf to put things. Wardrobe rung runs perpendicular to its door rather than parallel, so clothes had to be hung behind one another and it was rather troublesome to take clothes out.
