Excellent service and friendly Italian staff at the front desk

Special shout out to Tanin. She greeted me every morning at breakfast, knew what I wanted and needed… Double shot of espresso and a coffee. After that was done, she followed up with a cappuccino. After the first day all without me saying a word. The level of service throughout the hotel and restaurant are extraordinary, but Tanin deserves a special salute.

First trip to London. Stayed at Hotel Xenia…couldn’t be happier. Rooms are small… not un expected in London, but the staff is absolutely over the top super! I would wander into the restaurant for breakfast and Tanin after the first day, I knew what I wanted and needed. I sat and she would bring a double espresso and a cup of coffee and when I got through with that followed it up with the cappuccino it was like Cheers for breakfast in London. Attached to the hotel of all things, is an Italian Restaurant La Terrazza. An Italian restaurant in London, how good could it be? Answer , spectacular. First night there, with low expectations I ordered Pasta Carbonara I have eaten pasta carbonara all over, including Rome, and this is the best I’ve ever had! Even though there are probably thousands of restaurants in London, I came back, a few nights later. again the staff (most with having Italian accents) remembered us and suggested I ordered something different. I said no I want my carbonara. It was Just as good as the second time! I wholeheartedly, recommend hotel Xenia and restaurant La Terrazza

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We had breakfast in the hotel and the staff were so accommodating. We were greeted by Tanin as soon as we walked in (she makes the most delicious coffee). I highly recommend staying at this hotel and trying and trying Tanins coffee.

Great boutique hotel, all staff was kind. Great little restaurant, tanin at breakfast makes great coffees. The breakfast host albino was amazing to deal with, would definitely stay here again when coming back to London. Need to try the dinner

I highly recommend Hotel Xenia. It is in a great location for London, close to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Harrods and much more. Very nice hotel with typically small European hotel rooms but nicely appointed. What sets Hotel Xenia apart is the excellent service. Each and every employee working there was beyond kind and very helpful. They were all very attentive and genuinely interested in providing a top notch guest experience. I don't normally recommend hotel restaurants but the breakfast in the restaurant was very nice. We had dinner one night there and the food is great. The manager, Albino, was terrific! It's not that often that my 23 year old son takes notice of such great service... he is a bit convinced after our stay that the service in the U.S. is subpar compared to a European experience. If you are looking for a hotel in Kensington I would stay at Hotel Xenia!

Loved everything about the hotel. The location was very convenient to 2 tube stations on the Circle/District line. Staff was outstanding. Tanin ,our waitress at breakfast was like greeting a friend every morning. She is friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful stay in London.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection. My mother-in-law visited London for the first time since I joined my husband’s family, and we had a great time here. We forgot to bring an adapter, and the front desk kindly lent us one. The room was concise and clean, with everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was amazing, exceeding our expectations. It featured a variety of freshly baked pastries, cheese from Italy, and homemade yogurt with delicious jams in all the flavors you could want. Special thanks to our waitress Tanin, who was professional and friendly. She introduced the breakfast in detail and kept checking on our needs for tea and coffee, and if we needed anything else. I look forward to coming back one day.
