I usually stay at this hotel every time I go to Mexico City. Clean and tidy

Bad attitude, refused to check in, ignored, forced to collect room fee, no refund...

Clean and hygienic, great front desk service, and a good breakfast. PS: Ctrip prices are a bit high. 😅 You can try other apps.

I first booked five twin rooms on Ctrip, but when I got to the hotel, I was told that there were only two twin rooms available, and the others were king-size rooms. I asked why they didn't reserve a room for me after I submitted the order, but they didn't give me a reasonable explanation. In short, they said you can stay if you want, and check out if you don't want. Our car was parked in the hotel parking lot, and that night someone smashed the car window and stole the things in the car. The hotel management told me that they are not responsible for the vehicle. There is really no worst, only worse.

The room is adequate and the service is quite friendly, but there are no toiletries in the morning, which is quite inconvenient!

The overall feeling is pretty good. The location, environment, sanitation, facilities and services are basically satisfactory.

The hotel has polite and helpful staff, the rooms are cleaned daily so the rooms are always clean, the wi-fi works very well, as well as a good breakfast. I can recommend this hotel, I liked everything.
