Excellent location. Helpfull staff. in the heart of Historic center. easy acces to public transportation. Check in instructions at last minute is a stress, but once there, you'll enjoy!

BE WARNED: Staff has robbed me!!! I tried to report it, though got no response even after insisting so many times (by phone, mail and all platforms). They are all one big corrupt family. DO NOT GO HERE!! -- ALERTA: El personal me ha robado!!! Intenté denunciarlo, pero no me respondieron a pesar de insistir tantas veces (por correo, telefono y todas las plataformas). Todos son parte de una gran familia corrupta! NO VAYAN AQUÍ!!

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Casa Lomah. Great location, and such a pleasure to walk out and be in the beautiful Alameda Park. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each day. We’d definitely stay there again.

The moment you step in to Casa Lomah, you will be blown away with the beautiful decor, plants and spacious room. I had to change my room and the staff was amazing, great customer service. The location is perfect, right next to Bario Alameda with shops, restaurants and walking distance to Centro Historico. Casa Lomah, a beautiful home away. Gracias y todo

Small, nice and clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. A small breakfast is included, water and coffee are free all the time. In the afternoon you can chill in the hammock. Me Gusto y Vendra de Nuevo. Josémendable ✅

Excelente atención y cuidado con sus clientes. Mi vuelo salía en la noche y muy amablemente nos cuidaron equipajes en recepción mientras se hacía el tiempo y pude aprovechar continuar visitando lugares. La recámara muy contada excelente vista todo el edificio está muy bonito. Muchas gracias
