Good location very close to the beach, fully equipped kitchen great for families, except kettle but it's okay. Overall, it's very good place to stay in the south beach

I do not recommend this hotel. When checking in it seemed like all the employees were more interested in there talking with each other then actually helping customers. I also arrived around 10 am and my room was not ready until 4pm. Other hotels I have stayed in have called housekeeping and let them know the customer was here and could they clean the room first. The elevators were not working all weekend. All the staff there are not helpful at all.

Boulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.

Nice hotel, good location, comfortable rooms. However there is no parking facility at the property.

Could not see the beach from our balcony. Room 406 said partial ocean view but that was not the case.

I am quite dissappointed by my experience. For the expensive price of the stay, the staff were incredibly unhelpful. I have a luxury credit card that includes free breakfast for two and early check in and check out. Because I booked through ******* and not the credit card portal, I was told that they’re unsure if I’d still qualify for these perks, despite showing them the credit card and the explanation of benefits. I asked if I could speak to a manager or someone who does know, they stated they didn’t work that day. Again, I engaged in back and forth only to receive and email, which I emailed theee times with still no answer a month later…incredibly poor customer service, lack of creativity (ie it would not cost anything to provide breakfast coupons when I am entitled to such). Truthfully, I haven’t stayed at a hotel with such bad support. Otherwise room was decently clean though there was grime at the area of the tub and the light fixtures were full of dust causing exacerbation of my allergies while in the hotel, which also wasn’t ideal. All in all, unfortunately given everything I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel—it was an immense disappointment
