Good morning cordially and for your information I want to tell you, that it has been my worst experience in a hotel in my life, the girls when we arrived yesterday around 7:30 pm were friendly, but the first room they gave us the AC was very noisy , the bathroom was unpleasant, the second room was not much better, it smelled smoke , the bathroom light was broken, we couldn't sleep all night, people banging, slapping doors, the lady with white hair this morning was Very rough and did not pay attention to my complaints, she only gave me a card with your email and told me that she had nothing to do with it, if I had to write a review of your hotel it would be 0. the outside looks good, the inside the lobby floor were sticky and there was a musty smell, the bed frame were coming off and you could see the wood, mattresses were uncomfortable, terrible and lazy front desk reception, waited for an hour to be checked in, room had roaches and bugs, had to keep the lights on the whole night and just waited for the morning to check out and find another hotel

The place was run down and not well maintained. The carpet on the floor was dirty and always felt a little damp. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. They did not provide housekeeping during our stay.

Never! Welfare hotel. Dangerous area. In extreme disrepair. The only 2 rooms available had a lot of smoking cover scent and extreme body odor. It is not possible to sleep in those rooms if you have an allergy.

They rob my money . Jacuzzi doesn't work. Bedroom dirty.... everything no good. Its so expensive.

There was a blood spot on the sheets, roaches crawking around. No wash clothes, we had to go to the front desk 4 times throughput our 2 nights stay because the key wouldn't open the door. No phone in the room.

Grounds falling apart, interior nothing like pictures, stairwell smelled like a mixture of urine and sweat fermented to perfection, room smelled like an ashtray, brown/red stains on bathroom walls that could be feces, blood, or both. Surprised the rooms aren’t rented by the hour. Random people under the influence of illicit ***** “hanging” around the parking lot. We had to find somewhere else to stay on short notice due to the filthy and apparently unsafe conditions

I checked in and checked out did not even stay 20 min the room was beyond nasty. When I opened the door I got hit with a cloud of chlorine and they had cockroach shells on the walls.

It started with very dirty front door and then roaches on the headboard... so i don't need to continue.
