房間很差，環境也很差，門是壞的，房間沒有大燈，衹有兩個床頭燈，很暗，叫人上來看了一次，説就衹有床頭燈，嫌暗的話也衹能這樣然後人家就走了，後來發現空調不制熱，於是更差的出現了，服務人員（女）態度特別差，打電話問空調不制熱能不能換個放假，直接告知這是老房子，沒裝修過，設備老化了，換一個房間也不熱，就把電話掛了，睡覺時關窗又發現窗户鎖不上，鑒於服務人員的態度，衹能抱着我的貴重物品睡了。圖2是床單上的黑點。
還有一點，隔音特別特別差，早上樓道里説話的聲音都能吵醒你，更別説窗外的聲音了。

這家酒店比較老了，衞生還不錯，就是設施有些陳舊，例如屋裡的馬桶坐墊快掉了，床頭板和牆壁貼不緊，翻身嘎吱響，需要手動推到位，但衹要乾淨和安靜這些都是小問題。酒店的位置特別好，距離夜市和公園都很近，離鐵牛廣場也不遠。如果有閑暇推薦去人民公園廣場處喂鴿子，很開心的體驗。如果是女孩子，推薦酒店旁邊一家小商品店，各種髮飾，玲琅滿目

前台98號小姐姐對客很熱情，辦理入住也很快，房間乾淨整潔很温馨。客房大姐也很熱情，餐廳早餐很豐富。地理位置又在市中心，離綿陽網紅打卡點馬家巷很近就走五六分鐘就到了。值得入住體驗
