房間衞生很乾凈，環境不錯，就在西科大圍牆外面，樓下有麥當勞，附近美食也很多，步行就可以到達小吃街，工作人員服務也很專業，前台辦理入住相當之熱情。酒店還有機器人可以把外賣送到房間裏，有早餐和免費停車。附近入住的首選。性價比很高，住起來也很舒服。

慎住！我們一行三人來綿陽青義入住了這家酒店，我帶着女兒跑了一天累的想好好睡一覺，結果對面的工地通宵達旦感覺耳朵裏全是各種機器震動，早上起來想洗個澡沒熱水，勉強自己收拾了一下匆匆往成都走了，這些問題留給朋友處理吧。後來得知攜程售後很好，但是這個差評必須給酒店！

酒店很新，地理位置很好，交通便利，房間很不錯，設施設備齊全，房間景觀不錯，可以觀西南科技大學體育場，前台鑫鑫服務很非常好，很有禮貌很熱情。早餐很豐盛，住得很滿意，下次還會再來！

距離學校東門（正大門）、北門（美食街）都比較近，步行10分鐘。
酒店樓下有一家麥當勞，我考試在這兒買了午餐帶回酒店吃，很方便。
酒店乾淨衞生，房間寬敞，性價比很高。

房子很較大，還是很舒服的，早餐9點就結束了→_→重點是熱水不夠，洗澡洗到後面是冷水。這個要給個差評。其他方面都還可以，不介意的可以入住的。
