The property was easy to access and the breakfast was good/nice but it was a little sketchy and a tad unsafe..you get what you pay for I guess?

I reserved my room 1 week before, i get here and there is no hot water, i drove 5 hours and really wanted to shower. They offered no discount, i didnt have time to reserve another hotel, so i stayed, i didnt get a shower ubtil the next day. All day long i heard a washing machine. And to they are working somewhere and all i hear is load machines. The lady's that clean every morning they scream to each other not mad at each other but who wants to ear that when you have paid over 200.00 to rest.

I didn’t stay. There was a gas leak, so there wasn’t any hot water. I ended up staying at Red Roof Inn Midland TX

Horrible most filthy disgusting, the bed had stains on it the blanket no place to plu and charge your phone. Noisy people screaming at each other. Toilet was stopped , the Kleenex holder was rusted and empty, the soaps were not refilled i was too damn tired to be calling the front desk I just bared it til I got the hell out don’t Stuay

TV volume did not work. No trash can. Two lamps did not work. WiFi charger did not work. Coffee maker did not work. Bathtub drain stopped up. Faucet handle broken.

Water pressure was the best thing on this stay. Needs through cleaning as there was trash and dust in room. Besides having ceiling falling apart. Very quite although the outside wash very busy.

Front desk clerk was very rude and would not let me talk to her supervisor. Everytime I wanted to speak with the manager she would avoid me. I just wanted my money back. And she made it complicated. A customers stay shouldn't have to be this way. But she made it a living hell for me. And the manager seemed to not really care how this woman treated the customers. All she did was complain about how her bosses just left her there all alone without help. So she lashed out on me. So rude and unprofessional. Please pray for that woman because she was filled with anxiety hate and anger.
