We had reservation and come to find out they had been closed due to water pipe breakage. No one informed us and it was late and has a hard time finding another motel at that time of night. They had a note on door and wouldn't even open door to talk to me. There was 4 people inside and just looked at me.

I made the reservation online and when I arrived at the hotel there was no one to attend and pay for the night and no one attended I hope they will refund my money since I had to pay at another hotel

Staff here was nice and it made for a quick check in. Welcomed our pets and didn't charge extra for them. That was a big deal as we have two Sphynx cats. Many places that say pet friendly will only allow dogs. Cats are pets too. If you want a decent and affordable place to stay. I would recommend this.

THE ROOM WAS FILTHY. THERE WAS HAIR IN THE BED. SHEETS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS WERE STAINED. BATHROOM DID NOT LOOK CLEAN. THE COUCH AND CHAIR HAD FOOD ALL OVER THEM. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. THE TOWELS WERE ALL STAINED WITH WHAT LOOKED LIKE GREASE.

Door was open to my room when i got there. There was hair in my bed and sheets were dirty. There was hair in the floor in bathroom and hair onnthe shower walls. Didnt say anything because it was so late and i was tired.

The front desk Manager went out of her way for my comfort and security. Even jotted down delivery food number and helped with expediting the order. Ashley who is Housekeeping helped me with an issue with oil in my car, she also assisted the following morning with helping me. Amazing customer service!!!!!!

First of all wasn’t able to stay because the manager decided she wants to cancel my reservation and not accommodate me my room when I called to say I had an early arrival she told me check-in is at 3 PM OK I will see you at three get there our room is not clean. She tells us housekeeping is playing on their phone, but she chooses not to read me a room due to my manners after I drove from California there, and my reservations had been made the whole time she sitting on her butt not doing nothing but acting like she owns that red roof inn girl please

Dirty , no AC in building only in rooms , elevator takes long time and shady. We had no cold water to shower. We ended up swapping 3 rooms. No room service for 10days. No laundry service , no breakfast, no internet I regret getting it
