Great location and staff, got complimentary wine and the breakfsst variety was really good. Had free juice and coffee on the lobby while u wait for check in.

Even though the reception was under renovation, the staff did everything to ensure we didn't feel any inconvenience. This is our favorite hotel, and it's not our first time staying here.

I order room with 4 beds , and we was 3 guest , lately we add one more guest , and they charge me €120 for 2 night for the same room , I think that’s unfair, I can understand if they charge me city tax , but not for same room which I paid for it

This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends. Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite.

Nice hotel in a good location, comfortable beds, and close to the city center and the metro. They have a varied and delicious breakfast buffet.

Modern, high-quality hotel in a great location, close to the metro and the canal where restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The room was spotless, spacious, and modern. The bathroom had everything you need (shampoo, shower gel, soap). Excellent value for money in Milan.
