When we got situated in our room, we realized the toilet was plugged. Maintenance arrived quickly and spent about 30 minutes fixing the issue. However, the bathroom sink was very sluggish as well. I think the plumbing needs a good clean out.

Beautiful hotel. Warm hot tub, cold pool, didn't feel like the heater was on unfortunately. Also, we got a suite and the heat only went to one side..... the other side was cold and kids said too cold to sleep

Something has happened since Thanksgiving. I visit often on business. 33 days last year at this hotel. This time, the bar and restraint in the evening is backed up. Like not enough staff to handle the number of people. I felt sorry for the bartender as she was trying her best.

The pool was not too cold and both the pool and hot tub were clean! Our room was pretty clean and we enjoyed staying in the suite. The staff was kind and did not act annoyed when I calleed asking for things. Best hotel stay by far!

I arrived at the 5-7 happy hour at 6:50. I ordered a blue moon and was charged for the beer. I thought it was free drinks as advertised?
The next night I ordered a casamigos rep tequila and was served and paid for a casamigos silver (which is a less expensive tequila). When I questioned the server, she told me I ordered the silver tequila. I told her I would not order that because I only drink represado or anjeo tequila. Needless to say, she still changed me the extra $5 for the tequila that I ordered but didn’t receive. Ultimately the cost was $15 more than I should have paid between the beer and the tequila

Overall we loved it here! I only gave 4 stars because the water in the pool was extremely cold and both the hot tub and pool are pretty small.
We still stay here again when come back to Utah.

Stayed there twice. First experience was great, nice staff, clean room, everything worked. I paid for a king and got a queen but I didn't mind, I'm only one person so I didn't say anything.
Second stay the front desk gal was rude and condescending. Got to my room and 3 lights were burned out in the kitchen area. The TV didn't work. The heat was down to 65 and freezing. The shower was out of soap, and the pillow cases smelled of sweat. I never write bad reviews, but this time I have to. Not a good experience.
