We stay here at least twice a year for the weekend, and this last stay will be our last. The door to our room was hard to close, the in room phone didn’t work, the chrome cast wasn’t working, the bathroom door stuck really bad also. The hot water in the shower had to be turned to cold and only a small area of the cold side actually produced hot water. The only reason that I have the staff a 3 out of 5 was because Justin worked hard to try and help us out. The woman who was the “front desk manager” was rude, and spoke over me when I was trying to explain our situation. I was asking for her to make sure there was a note under our reservation saying that Justin had submitted for a refund to *******, and she kept saying “you just do t know what a folio is, but we have no way to show proof of anything. Even when I kept repeating that I was asking for her to have something in the hotel computer about it, in case I had to call. So disappointing that we can no longer use this hotel for our weekend retreats.
