When I went to the site of Hara Jo castle, which had a miserable victim in Amakusa Shimahara Ikki, I stopped the car in the parking lot, and I used the lobby, which had a souvenir shop on the first floor at the waiting time when using the shuttle bus. There was a hot water in Hakushu, which can be used for day trip hot springs, at the entrance. The bus was one in 30 minutes. There was also a oyster frozen at the bus stop of the hot spring building.

Unzen Mikado Hotel Honkan is located in Minamishimabara and takes about 15 minutes by car from Shimabaragaikou Station, near Mikadonoyu Onsen and Unzendake.
