Loved the service and our stay

Triple O Six boasts a great location, right across from Coconut Hill, and offers spacious, well-designed rooms. However, the floors always seem slightly damp for some reason, which can get on your nerve. Another downside is the breakfast buffet charge—at 5000 LKR per person, it's just exorbitant. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a solid option for its location and comfort, just get your breakfast somewhere else.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool and delicious breakfast. It is slightly outside town, so it works better if you have your own transportation.

Just steps away from Coconut Tree Hill, Triple o Six was our perfect base in Mirissa. It’s close enough to town, without all the noise. It smells SO good in the lobby and the staff are so friendly. One even tried to help us get a gecko out of our room. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. It’s been one of our favorite stays in Sri Lanka so far. Thank you!!

Great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were accommodating and let us check-out late because we had a tour in the morning. Recommend!

Amazing place, people and food. Room was absolutely clean and presentation was excellent have nothing but the good about the hotel and the staff to comment on.

The standard of this hotel and it's rooms, is exceptional! Definetly 10 out of 10 for mine ,as l have stayed in 100,s of hotels around the world over the past 30 years,( except for Covid) it;s not beach front ,but it is only a short scenic walk to a great beach area any way! The staff where very friendly and helpful in advice on where to visit etc. Would certainly stay again ,and l recomend this hotel to any one wishing to stay in this area.

The hotel is simply amazing! The room is stylish, fresh, thought out to the smallest detail. The staff are really great: always smiling, attentive and ready to help. But the most impressive thing is the breakfasts! Every morning begins with a gastronomic pleasure. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and peaceful. Here you can truly relax, enjoy the silence and aesthetics of the space.

It's been a long time since we've disinfected the room, and there are all kinds of small bugs on the ceiling. People with trypophobia should be careful. But because the air conditioner in the original room was broken, we were given a suite, which made us happy.

Отдыхали в этом отеле 4 дня с 4 по 7 марта 2026. Цена очень завышена для городского отеля. Персонал неприветливый- никто не здоровается и не спрашивает как дела. Это наш третий отель на Шри-Ланке, в остальных отелях персонал был очень дружелюбным. Плюсы: хороший номер, удобная кровать и подушки, полотенца чистые, завтрак нормальный, но выпечка несвежая. Через дорогу «Кокосовый холм» - красивые закаты, но море там не для купания. Минусы: до центального пляжа идти нужно 30 минут по центральной дороге - прогулка не из приятных, можно доехать на тук туке за 500 рупий - отель транспорт не предоставляет. Все хорошие рестораны и магазины также находятся далеко от отеля. Территория очень маленькая, в бассейне постоянно плавали листья. После 5 вечера у бассейна и на балконе не посидеть - много комаров, территорию от насекомых не обрабатывают. Фумитокса в номере нет. В номере нет сушилки для белья, пришлось использовать кресла на балконе.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property was spotless throughout, with excellent amenities and a beautiful pool that I really enjoyed. I stayed in the Sugar Suite, which was beautifully designed and incredibly spacious. It featured a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, comfortable sofas, and a dedicated wardrobe area that made the room feel even more organised and relaxing. The highlight was the stunning view from the window - overlooking Coconut Tree Hill, which made the stay feel even more special. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Mirissa and just a short, easy walk to Coconut Tree Hill. There are plenty of great food options nearby, which made everything so convenient. The housekeeping team were lovely and kept the room immaculate, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They spoke very good English, which made communication easy and stress-free. Overall, I was extremely happy with the experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were all amazing! Shy, who checked us in, was professional and shout-out to the housekeeping staff who did a suprise set up, decorating our bed and gifted us a cake for our 25-year wedding anniversary. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
