If you want to have a Pool at your room this is the place. If you want a good hotel this is not the place. Pretends to be a 5 star hotel but at most it gets to 3. Expensive without being worth it.

Our stay here was amazing! The hotel felt like a boutique experience. It was quiet and clean. Being out in the jungle, there were a couple of bugs on our patio, but that is to be expected. We planned on exploring the island more but we ended up not wanting to leave the hotel. The food was five star! We ate better than we have in a long time. There are options for a five course meal at the restaurant (¥120000 person but worth it!) or you have have in room shabu-shabu, or ala cart room service or even a “convenience” store at the front desk with drinks and snacks. The staff was superb. Any request we had, they made it happen. Not all staff spoke English, but they always got us someone who could help us. I do recommend having a rental car if you stay here. The taxi ride isn’t too expensive (¥2110) but because the hotel is more secluded, it would be best to have your own transportation. All in all, I would highly recommend this location for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful property in a quiet setting. The staff was kind, resourceful and always happy to help us plan our daily outings on the islands. We appreciated they always had bilingual staff available. The breakfast was excellent. I wish more efforts was put into beach maintenance in front of the property so guests can enjoy it. The main building's patio could be better set up with furnitures and proper lighting especially for the sunset BBQ. Our family had a great time and we would stay there again!

It was a very quiet and private resort. The beach breakfast was also great.

The resort is close to the airport and the access road is narrow, so it has an extraordinary and hideaway a**osphere. I was worried because there were many negative reviews, but there were no major issues. However, when I arrived at the room, there was a sewage smell. I think the water in the trap had evaporated. If they were more careful about this and managed the facilities, I think there would be fewer complaints. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the sofa seat cushions tend to slip out of place, which is frustrating. I hope they improve this. Prices fluctuate a lot, so I'll make a reservation at a reasonable price, and if possible, I'd like a better value for money. It's a shame that there are few food options.

I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time.

I stayed for 3 nights. As part of the eco-friendly initiative, I asked for no cleaning and only a towel change. Instead, I was given something like a points pass that could be used in the hotel, but it was also usable outside the hotel. After checking out, I looked for places where I could use it, but there were few. I couldn't use it at the shop I found because I didn't know much about it. Also, the rates seemed to vary greatly, so I wish they had explained that to me.

We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included in the latter half of July. All three breakfasts had different menus, and on the last night we had shabu-shabu in our room.・There was a corner where you can make your own bath salts.・Meals Both meals were well thought out and made with local ingredients, and were very delicious. I think it would be good if the coffee and tea at breakfast could be improved a little. It would also be helpful if you could check the glasses and plates used during dinner in your room when you clean the room that day.・Room The room was very comfortable and the location of the air conditioner was well thought out. The bathtub in the room is even more comfortable with a bath pillow. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, the bed was a little soft, and there were always pests in the room, so I wish they would take measures to prevent this. It was especially bad having cockroaches on the floor every day. I think it can't be helped because it's a facility located in nature, but I feel quite depressed when I see cockroaches all the time.・Both the large pool and the pool in the room were comfortable. The goat shed seemed a little lonely.・The private beach was great. I think it would be best if you had a beach umbrella and beach chairs (the type you can lie down on).・Shop There were a lot of nice things and I wanted a lot of them, but I was disappointed that they didn't have my size. It was a nice corner to make bath salts.・Overview: The facilities and location are excellent. However, I felt that the staff did not have many smiles and there was a lack of communication between them. I actually told them that I wanted to clean the room in the afternoon, but when I left in the morning, the bed had been made, the sheets hadn't been changed, and the dishes hadn't been cleaned. . I asked the staff to clean it, but they just lowered the glass and did not refill it. There was no overall attention to detail, and the door for staff to enter and exit was always open and the backyard was visible. I felt like I didn't put any soul into making a Buddha. Also, I'm not sure if it's a resort for adults or families. I found it difficult because there were many families who didn't have common sense. (Especially at breakfast) It's a pity that there are a certain number of people even if you increase the price range. I would still be saved if I could see the staff's smiles. I'd like to go during a season other than summer vacation. I made a reservation through Ikkyu and posted a harsh review, but it didn't show up, so I posted it here.

The design and interior of the rooms are lovely. The food may have been bad before, but it has improved. There is nothing nearby, so you need to bring your own food or make a reservation for dinner at the hotel. The pool in the room is circulated, so it was nice that there were not many bugs. There are goats on the premises, which my daughter loved. My daughter also liked the free activity of making bath salts. I would like to visit again.

This was my second stay. I really liked it the first time, so when I came back to Miyakojima after a long time, I definitely wanted to use it. They also have a coin laundry, so I think it's even more comfortable to stay here. What bothered me was that I felt the room wasn't very clean. The tiles on the wall around the bathroom were lit up with dust and were very visible. There was also dust under the sofa. (I wouldn't say you should check every time, but I think it would be good to check once a month.) It's stylish, the food is delicious, and they have a coin laundry. The staff are also the best! It's a high-class hotel, but I would definitely recommend it to a lot of people, so they could do with a little more cleaning. I'd like to go again!!

The air conditioners had not been cleaned at all, the filters were covered in dust, and the air outlets were also full of dust. I asked for them to be cleaned while they were still sucking up dust, but the capacity of both air conditioners was completely insufficient, and even after leaving them on for hours the room did not cool down, and it was unbearably hot for the summer temperatures of Miyakojima. I was told that I would be shown to another room only when I was sleeping, but that room also had the same air conditioner design, so I declined. I get the impression that the air conditioning design is not done at all, and that daily cleaning is not done. It is a very nice facility where you can relax, but it is very disappointing that the basics of air conditioner design and cleaning have not been done at all. I was not able to rescape.

The rooms were nice, but there were a lot of tiny insects in the rooms, so it would be nice if they had hand cleaners in each room! I don't like bugs or geckos, so I couldn't go in the nice pool.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is surrounded by nature, and sometimes a rare bird that can't fly? It's thinner than the Okinawa rail (I don't know the name), and it's a very relaxing environment. The room was clean, and above all, the hotel staff were very friendly. The food was based on the concept of local production and consumption, and all the dishes were very delicious, using local ingredients. I had to leave dinner halfway through because I had a massage appoin**ent, but they brought dessert to my room later. The next morning, they called me again about the dessert, and I was very grateful for the hospitality of the hotel after a long time. The hotel left me feeling refreshed and energized for the next day. It was a great holiday.

There was a water outage and we couldn't use water until the morning. Also, although there should have been an apology first thing in the morning, there was only a brief apology when we were leaving.
