NOT RECOMMENDED The six of us (two families) stayed in a 3 bedroom unit that had beds for 7 people. We stayed a full week and we found the park quite lacking in what you would normally expect at a G’day level park. Especially in very basic things you expect of a cabin for 7 people at a good park. But also the lack of much in the way of overall outdoor park entertainment amenities. Lack of some of the most basic things - for a 3 bedroom 7 person cabin ** Dining set inside was one small round table that fit 4 only chairs, with a 5th chair in the corner – not possible to all sit down together. Also sofa space would only fit 5 as well. There was a picnic table outside, but in the full summer heat or later at night with mosquitoes you need to be able to all sit down and fit inside!! ** The park didn’t provide enough toilet paper, bin bags, dishwashing soap, more than one tea towel etc etc! - For 6 people for a week long stay! Very scungy! We had to go out and buy these basics ourselves mid week. ** Each family had a car. The drive space of our cabin had parking space for 2 cars – BUT the park wouldn’t let us bring in both cars! The park only had about 12 -15 extra spaces up the front for extra cars SO one of our cars almost always had to be left in the street or in the park next door!! A lot of competition by families staying to try to grab one of the few places by reception and then the park staff would put also put up a bollard to save spaces for themselves too! ** A number of the other 3 bedroom units in our row were held privately and ALL of the private owners WERE allowed to have their 2 cars park in their driveways – but not the people like us who had paid well but were just staying for one week! ** Bathroom & Shower – the towels were small bath size and quite thin and if we wanted replacement ones during the week stay we would have had to pay a surcharge to change them! Shower had very low pressure and the hot water would stop and go cold randomly – without anyone else running water in the cabin. Outdoor entertainment areas A very small pool that at best could fit 3-4 families if you wanted to be on top of each other. The ‘playground’ consisted of one slide out of a cubbyhouse, one basket ball hoop and one outdoor chess set.

I telephoned this park to book a site for our 31 ft motorhome and a cabin for other family members joining us for the weekend, the lady I spoke to was lovely and booked a site then a cabin close to our site, she assured me that although it was a budget cabin it was older and dated but very clean and comfortable. A few days later I telephoned again to book another site for other friends who wanted to join us with their caravan and I requested the site beside ours - this was done for us but the lady I spoke to this time was not friendly at all and was bordering on quite rude. If I had not already paid for the first night of the cabin and our site I would have looked elsewhere. Also at this time other friends had decided to join us and they booked the 3 bedroom deluxe cabin. Upon the arrival of our friends to the 3 bedroom cabin (they arrived before us) they booked in and once getting to their cabin they found the toilet not working - staff came to fix it and whilst they were trying to fix it our friends asked for the code for the amenities block as they were busting to go to the toilet. They were refused this by the first staff man as he stated they do not give the code to people staying in cabins..... Another staff member came a short time later and they again requested the code and thankfully he gave it to them and my friend was finally able to go to the toilet. Our arrival to the site was uneventful and we were set up beside our friends, although I did find the male staff member who helped us to back into the sites to be quite unfriendly. Our family arrived later for the budget cabin and upon their arrival - number one they were not given a cabin where I believed it was going to be and number 2 they were very very very disappointed with the cabin. Yes it was dated but cupboards did not open or close, parts of the cupboards were falling apart, the bedroom door did not close, the main bed was downhill (your head was down), the floor on a lean and the couch was very uncomfortable. The only good thing about this cabin was that the heater worked. We used the camp kitchen whilst we were at this park and it was lovely, clean, warm and a great place for all 14 of us to be together. The first night Noel came in and chatted to us a few times and at about 10pm came back and chatted again but then also informed us that he had to lock up the kitchen. We all happily went off to our vans / rooms. The next night again we were in there and at 10pm on the dot a male staff member opened the door and said "Get Out". We were not doing anything wrong and we know that it was lock up time but honestly the rudeness was just next level. This park was small but clean and tidy. It was very disappointing how horrible the budget cabin was. The deluxe cabin was definitely better but not really what you would call "deluxe". The rudeness and unfriendliness of some of the staff was very unpleasant and for this reason alone (not even taking into account how bad

We recently spent four nights at this "holiday park" and were very disappointed. My husband and I are currently on a month long trip in our caravan and have stayed in some fabulous parks, but we were particularly looking forward to this park as the Moama/Echuca area is so lovely. The park is very, very small and chock full of cabins, which are incredibly close together. The powered site we were given was at the back of the park (our view was a very ugly "service" area filled with garden supplies and other materials). The site was tiny - the smallest I have ever encountered in many years of camping and caravanning. Although there are some grassed sites, ours had astro turf, which I personally don't like (I felt like I was in a caravan showroom rather that a camping park!) but of course this comes down to personal preference. The site was next to a gate, which led to the service area and for three out of the four days we were there the park management zoomed in and out of this gate in a variety of vehicles, sometimes at speeds far greater than the park rules allowed. Which brings me to the park rules: there are many and the camp managers are at pains to let patrons know about them constantly. At times, this statement and restatement of the rules felt unfriendly, almost aggressive. Of course parks must have rules to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, however, this park seems more concerned with imposing arbitrary rules than guest enjoyment. At one point we were aggressively told to put our dog on a leash. (This was yelled at us loudly from a camp manager who had been roaring in and out of the service gate all day.) Our dog was leashed and on our site as per the camp rules. At no time was our dog off leash in the park. We were at pains to follow all park rules while we were there. Therefore, this rudeness was not appreciated. The excessive noise (chainsaws, earthmoving equipment etc) coming from the service area directly adjacent to our site prevented us from enjoying any outdoor time at the park. This noise went all day for three of the four days we were there. Positives were a neat and tidy park, proximity to the river and to the port of Echuca (a longish walk but doable) and the fact that pets are allowed. (Please note that while this park tolerates dogs, it is far from dog friendly. The sites are tiny and there is literally nowhere else in the park dogs are allowed.) The amenities are old, but reasonably clean. I noticed there were very few facilities for kids. The playground is a cubby (tiny) and there's no other equipment other than a basketball hoop. (And the giant chess set - which did look good!) There is a small pool, however. Overall, this park would be fine for an overnight stop, but is not up to the standard that I would expect for a "holiday". There are many better choices in the area.

We were made unwelcome because we made our booking thru bookings.com. Because of this we were placed in the parks most budget cabin. We were not intitled to toiletries, except soap. When we requested a face washer were told we were not entitled to one in our tariff, so go buy one. Would not recommend this establishment

Stayed two nights in a deluxe cabin. Cabin and whole park was very clean, neat and tidy. The park is very quiet and in a great location, we had no issues during our stay, found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I am not one to write reviews however my families experience at this park warranted a review. We are seasoned caravan owners and this park was by far the worst we have ever experienced. The rudeness and arrogance of the owners/management was outright narcissistic bullying primarily by the male Ken. Upon arrival even prior to check in the receptionist rudely told me and another member of our group to stop talking. We then drive to the site at which time my husband was rudely told that he could not park his own caravan and could only follow instructions by the owner. This made my husband very uncomfortable and again the owner was plain rude about it. The owner then proceeded to stand across the road in an intimidating fashion and watch us complete set up. Throughout our trip the owner was constantly patrolling the park on his golf buggy far exceeding the expected speed limit for cars. He was also out emptying bins and starting his tractor at 7am. The park was small and whilst appearing clean we witnessed very average and speedy bathroom cleans. Overall the management made my family very uncomfortable and we felt watched the entire trip. Whilst it is advertised as family friendly I would disagree, and this could be felt by the lack of kids in the park. Given it was over a busy period the park felt very empty, not the relaxed buzz of most other parks. Interestingly enough I have also noted that all negative reviews posted on multiple platforms are met with the same rudeness and arrogant tone as I am also confident this one will be also. I also find it interesting that most of the negative reviews are specifically about the rudeness of management, so it’s such a shame that they are unwilling or unable to take on any of the feedback. I will be ensuring that no one I know ever has to experience this.
