I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, The room : beautiful clean and functional Breakfast : more and more if I had to describe all the products shown by the buffet there would be pages and pages, as well the lady that manages the department sweet breakfast and available, always smile, the reception super, a kindness that left me open, very comfortable structure,a 1 minute from the station,I will advise you to all, fabulous price quality, Compliments to the owners, They have a staff with full respect, I'll come back as soon as possible

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

This hotel could easily get five stars from us. Good location. There is a bus line, line 6, which is located close to the hotel and which runs every 20 minutes,which takes you from the hotel and brings you back for 20min. The price of the stay is significantly lower from the hotel prices in Venice. The hotel is also designed in a modern design and is new - as opposed to the Venetian style,for those of you that it matters. The rooms are spacious and pleasant overall, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff provide excellent service, truly exceptional service. Especially Nicoletta, a constant smile, service given with joy, out of care - Nicoletta gets six stars. The service of the reception staff is also excellent, and in general the service of the staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Overall a good hotel. But what? If you need an extra pillow or blanket - none available. The children were given a double blanket and when we asked for another blanket they said it was not possible because there are currently no maids (we arrived around 10pm). The same goes for additional pillows that we asked for and did not receive throughout our stay (4 nights). The hotel has rooms that are connected by a door - so it is very suitable and convenient for families. We asked for one room with a double bed and one room with separate beds, when we arrived at night, we got two rooms with a double bed arrangement. There are no double beds in the hotel (at least we didn't get one) single beds are connected with a sheet, who cares. Likewise, the doors of the connected rooms - not only could they not be locked to allow parents privacy, they also could not be closed. They left them for us with the closing tab open - so it was impossible to close the doors. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom is really dangerous, there is no support for getting out of it - and getting out of it is challenging. Specifically in this bathroom - the emergency line does not work... if you have difficulty walking and moving - ask for a room with a shower, not a bathtub. I think a hotel needs very little effort - to become an excellent hotel. Greater attention to detail and a greater supply of blankets and pillows.

We stayed here from 30th June to 4th July 2022 while we were attending a wedding outside Mogliano. We had room 101 and 102 (joined). It was a fantastic place to stay. Being from Scotland, especially during the Italian heatwave, we were so appreciative of the air conditioning throughout the hotel. The décor was beautiful with Venetian Glass chandeliers and light fittings everywhere. The paintings and general appearance were both fitting and well kept. While staying there my son came down with tonsillitis and the staff were amazing helping us get access to a doctor on a Sunday! They were always so attentive and helpful and could speak really good English (which was good as my Italian is very poor). I will be eternally grateful for their assistance to us. The food and dining was brilliant. Every type of breakfast was available, fresh and tasty (try the cherries!). The grounds were well kept and beautiful. I loved hearing the cicadas in the trees and seeing the frogs in the pond. It's only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Mogliano where there are great pizzerias (we recommend Del Pinos) and a supermarket open 7 days. We really hope to go back one day. Breakfast is a common product on the European side, the taste is OK, the hotel has an on-site parking lot, free parking, the best is to provide a mobile phone for free use, can bring out, navigation, all domestic and foreign calls are free. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the main island parking lot in Venice, 7 euros, half price for children. If you can drive to the main island parking lot by yourself, plaza roma is more expensive, it seems like 35 or 39 euros a day, you can find a parking lot from the parking lot one stop bus, city park 4.5 Euros a day, bus back and forth 3 Euros

The hotel is really nice. The staff was Very friendly. I booked the hotel last moment to go to Venice. The public transport is more convenient. The hotel was also affordable.

The staff was lovely, the room was well furnished, and the placement of the lamps was super stylish. However, there was a dominating sour smell in the room and it did not leave even after opening the window for hours. Maybe it is the smell of a cleaning product, not sure, but it was very potent and bad when I entered the room. Also the shower head is way too big for the wall-mounted holder and the showerhead falls out from it. You can not stand under the shower but have to hold it all the time. Otherwise everything was great. I appreciated the blackour curtains and the nice breakfast options.

If you want to sleep in the room with bugs; mold in the bathroom, shower cabine not being able to close & consequently so small that you can not take a shower, toiletries& vanity sets not at all present, slipers of cours you do not have; where there is no space to put legs between toilet and sink; where you are going to pay breakfast but staff is going to tell you that you did not pay it; where the sheets are with holes, blanked is pree WWII dirty, towels 10+years of use greyish colur; where recept.manager is going to shout at you and finally where Genaral manager does not exist, then this hotel is perfect for you. About stuff better not to talk, receptionist that we waited for 10min upon arrival, then she arrived with unprofessional look, untidy, patches all over the face, hair not washed 10 days probably, everything on her screemed that need ironing at least, washing preferably - just like you were surprised being sleepeing when you should not or something else. Photos attached, so you can see at your own. However, if you do not want none of this and ask just for what you paid (4* hotel- for us it is clear what we expect, double room with breakfast) then you may be humiliated at the reception that they can do with your reservation what they want, that everything what they offered to you is good enough, they will not upgrade you ( eventhough you did not ask upgrade, just what you paid), since you paid so miserable rate. BTW rate was offered by hotel on well-known reservation site, and the only problem we had at that long trip (23days) using same site was this hotel. Apart from everything above they refused to give us invoice for our stay, so we will make complaint to Financial police in Italy, since obviously they are not reporting guests and paying taxes as they should. As being extensive traveleres for 40+ years, without a doubt this is the worst hotel we evere saw. And finally, if you decide to place official complain to hotels manager don't worry, you'll never get any kind of response. Awful and shameless, for us never again. Just one thing to add, do not be fuled with photos, ”villa” does exist but normal room are not even close to 4* hotel, I have been to 1* hotel long time ago being much better than this one!
