Una foto su un sito web che nella realtà non esiste, vengono mostrate stanze grandi con bagno e pensione al prezzo di una stanza, all'arrivo troverete altre stanze diverse da quelle che erano state prenotate sul sito... quando chiederete qual è il motivo per qualcuno che lo sa ... la risposta è che non lo sappiamo….

Les renseignements par téléphone avant la réservation ne sont pas du tout fiables et il y a une désorganisation au niveau du personnel. Le café du petit déjeuner est ridicule et l'alimentation 100% gluten. A fuir.

We booked the hotel through hotel.com. 1. When we went in to check in the receptionists could not find the booking and we have to keep explaining and showing the email the confirmation. The receptionists do not speak any english and little arabic. 2. The air conditioner was broken and they could not fix it and neither they can provide a alternative room. 3. Opened the window for some air and the dogs on the street were barking thourhgout the night. 4. The extractor fan was not working within the toilet. So all the smell was coming to the room. The shower was leaking badly and flooding the floor. 5. Breakfast have very minimum choice. 6. Staff in the morning have very rude behaivoiur because of complaints were made at desk.
