No use for writing anything with you, you people never address the concern and issue. Hotel service was not good, considering the cost i paid and service i received is unmatched

Room was having damaged lock. Ac was not functioning. After complaint, they shifted to a smaller room. Pathetic in overall experience.

Ok place to stay for one night. Don't expect much from the staff. Room service is very slow. The break fast spread was good and restaurant staff was very polite and helpful.

Room cleaning was not good inspite of giving instructions and there had to place a request for necessary things even while it was finished into washroom. Rest of the things are good.
