We booked for three nights but only stayed for two. We decided the musty smell was making our stay uncomfortable and affected my asthma. The cabin was very old and tired. If you need to stay here I suggest you ask for one of the newer cabins if not don’t waste your money

Very accommodating and had empathy to my travelling solo has my husband had recently passed away. Felt very safe bed was good and facilities were what I needed to be self sufficient and comfortable. Great pool play area for kids, pizza oven with bread recipe to make own pizza if you so choose to.

This was our 2nd stay here. Leanne and Kevin were amazing, making sure we were situated in the best spot available that suited our needs perfectly! Facilities are kept clean and functional. Pool, playground and camp kitchen were all clean and tidy, all appliances working and werent overcrowded. Will definitely come back!

Great place to stay situated in a suburban area, it was a short 10 minute drive to Ulladulla which is good for shopping, Mcdonalds, Bunnings, Woolies, Target, Comfort Shoes, Priceline and loads of cafe's, liquor store, restaurants, cafe and a pizzeria. There's no shortage of things to see and do here. The Ulladulla marina is spectacular, particularly enjoyable as the monthly markets were on. Though this caravan park is not situated directly in front of the beach, it was close enough to hear the roar of the ocean at night and to go for a short stroll to Mollymook beach to have a coffee in the morning in the middle of winter which was a sunny 21 degrees! They have great bbq area, playground for kids and we saw newer and older style cabins as we walked around. The magnetic views are absolutely beautiful, the sand and beach is pristine. A well organised caravan park with clean amenities, paved roads and it's pet friendly. Though we don't have a pet, we had no issues as pets were under control of their owners, it was quiet and clean. Everyone seemed to be smiling. We have a 21 foot caravan and found ample space for our powered site and vehicle. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will return there in a heartbeat and highly recommend this Caravan park for an affordable getaway!

Small and quiet park with tropical trees. Unfortunately the sites were small and not easy to park your van. Lots of cabins and permanents and not many caravan sites. Old but in reasonable condition. Staff very friendly and helpful, amenities clean but dated. Location was good but had to drive to the beach.

I am writing this review to save other families the major disappointment that we encountered by making a reservation at Mollymook Caravan Park. On booking, we advised staff that we had a large caravan (23ft plus drawbar). On arrival, we were taken aback by the state of our allocated powered site. Overgrown grass and an unsecured fence at the back, mud at the front, and a huge pile of concrete blocks and building waste directly in front of the site (see photos). We immediately contacted office staff, and were offered to take a look around the park and choose another site- of which the only other site to fit our van was the site next to the one we were on, and was in the same unsightly condition. Walking around the park, we were again shocked at the difference between what is portrayed on the website, to what we were seeing. Sites unkept, overgrown gardens, bathrooms in poor condition, permanent onsite vans in a very rundown state. Again, we contacted the office to speak with the manager, however we were told he would not take calls of complaint, and would only respond to emails. With no suitable site for us to stay on, we made the decision to leave. Unfortunately, this was easier said then done, as it was extremely difficult to navigate our van out of the park with the tight corners and narrow roads. We were later told by office staff when we phoned to complain, that we should have exited the van park by driving the wrong direction up a one way street. We wrote an email to the manager requesting a refund. To this date, (18 days later) we have contacted Mollymook Caravan Park three times, and written an additional email- we are yet to be contacted by the manager. Office staff fielding the calls have stated our requests for a response by close of business (11 days after initial email sent) to be unreasonable, and state our claims and concerns to be unjustified, but will not a provide rationale for this answer. We have been left with no other option but to lodge a complaint through Department of Fair Trading. In six years of travelling with a caravan, this is the first negative review I have ever given. I hope this review will make families consider staying elsewhere if they are visiting the south coast area.

We stayed in an older style cabin with our dogs. the cabin reeked of cigaret smoke, the couch was filthy with stains and broken springs. curtains were falling off the runners, the towels that we had were threadbare in places and you had to be careful how you dried yourself incase the towel ripped, the bath mat had seen better days and looked like it needed a good wash. the over all cabin was very old and tired, the shower had great pressure but dripped all day/night. the bed was uncomfortable and only had one sheet & blanket, therefore we ran the split system all night to keep warm. the carpark was difficult to get in and out of and as such we had to run-over the corner of the grass which got very muddy and mushed up, we did get a phone call from the park manager to stop driving on the grass. a note in the cabin said dogs could not go inside but the balcony was open for them to escape, we kept our in the cabin as the car was not an option. the park itself was also very tired looking, there were a number of permanent residents with rundown cabins. being winter the pool was empty. we left 2 nights early and needless to say I wont be staying here again. (we did ask for a refund but was denied)

Our extended family had booked powered caravan sites over the Easter break. My wife, children and I were attending a wedding at the local beach. The caravan park itself is honestly described, clean and amenities functional if a little rustic. The park is pet friendly high this may suit those travelling with pets. It does have permanent residents and a large number of tightly packed cabins. Of more concern was the email our family members received informing potential guests of their inability to accommodate all bookings due to extreme wet weather requiring the closing of some sites. They were asking people to transfer their booking due to this. My elderly parents were very understanding of this request, agreed to not come for Easter, miss seeing their children and grandchildren to assist park management at MANAGEMENTS request. My parents were rewarded by being informed that they would not be refunded, would not be allowed rebook Easter, the holiday they had payed for, any public holiday, school holiday or NSW/ACT event date. They could not give THEIR credit to any one that lives closer either. My parent reside 6 hours from Mollymook! It gets better, they were also refused the request to use the credit for a cabin, oh, and it has to be used by the end of the year. A very poor reward for assisting park management in their time of need. The park had gone out of their way to make use of the provided credit next to impossible. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this park due these disgraceful business practices, beware.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Mollymook Caravan Park. The facilities were clean & well presented, the bed was really comfortable and it was easy to have our dog stay with us. My daughter also loved the pool, and it's an easy drive into Mollymook or Ulladulla.
