Hotel Fattoria Belvedere

Beautiful peaceful surroundings. The property is located in the middle of the hills. The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom with a good shower. Beds sleep great! Ample parking. The breakfast is what you expect at a hotel, fine for the price. Unfortunately, the WiFi reception does not reach the rooms, but that is also the only downside that can be thought of.

Dear FATTORIA BELVEDERE, I am writing to express my deepest regret towards your structure and your service. I had read some negative reviews, but there it is, you can't please everyone. I have already been to you other times on the occasion of work and vacation (about 12 years ago). But I have experienced first hand the real reality of your structure. As soon as I arrived I wanted to go home. You gave me a room that looked like a box with a double bed and a bunk bed inside (with both slats broken). The 17-year-old girl had to sleep in the double bed with us. Fortunately the day after complaining to the reception, they changed my room and gave me the one with the mezzanine M14. Too bad the next day I still had to complain as the bed on the loft and the wall was full of ants. In addition, the bed on the mezzanine, the large one, the net broken through and the girl slept in the small one with her feet sticking out. And this is about the room. Let's talk about eating. Literally an indecent thing. Pasta overcooked, tasteless and full of water. The farfalle allo scoglio had the mussels with fluff attached, so they were not clean. Breakfast, at 9 there was nothing sweet anymore, only the salami, and considering the Covid situation, everyone to take food without masks, and this also applies to the buffet in the evening. Everyone could touch and handle the same cutlery. At noon, the times we wanted to stay in the hotel, we went to buy takeaway food, for breakfast we went to the bar in front of your hotel. I think such a situation is literally shameful. In the pool, never seen a sanitation, never seen cleaning the bottom of the pool that sucks. We went to the animal area. No one has ever come to collect the garbage that uneducated people left around. All the beach chairs cut, old umbrellas. I went to read a review of some broken children's area equipment and went to check it out and they were still broken. It shows how little consideration you have for customers. You charge 5 euros for animals without any sense. You do absolutely nothing for animals. The area as written above was dirty. The green covers are all ripped and raised, which sucks to look at them. You pretend to be a 4-star hotel and charge 4 stars when the structure is worth 1. I've been traveling to hotels for 30 years between abroad and Italy, but it's the first time that something like this has happened to me. You literally ruined my vacation by making me spend about 1900 euros for nothing. Zero price quality. There should be a body that protects customers from these situations. Although the potential of the structure is truly of a high standard, the quality of rooms and services is poor and comparable to a 1-2 star hotel. The room was small and old: from the furniture, walls to the linen ... sufficient hygiene, but still to be reviewed. The services offered were similarly old and poorly maintained: swimming pool and old equipment. Ultimately we understand that there must have been a renovation 15-20 years ago and then absolutely nothing was done anymore, it is evident from every single brick of the structure. At check out I left a comment at the reception and the staff seemed already aware of the situation .. Struttura molto accogliente, grande e tenuta discretamente. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort (frigo,kit bagno, phon, pompa di calore caldo/freddo, TV , wi-fi). Arredamento essenziale ma funzionale. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, capace di coccolarti e soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. Parte esterna, viali un po' trascurata, ma comprensibile per il contesto e la sua vastità. La struttura è dotata di piscina, area relax, zona giochi per bimbi e parcheggio coperto. Cibo ottimo e sempre con tre scelte/varianti ( carne, pesce e vegetariano). Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti utilizzando a parziale pagamento un cofanetto regalo. È stato il punto di riferimento per visitare questa parte della Toscana. Ottima esperienza! Consigliato!

La camera non è male nel complesso ma alcuni dettagli lasciano a desiderare, a partire dalla doccia minuscola per arrivare ai letti davvero molto scomodi. Il cibo più buono è sicuramente la colazione abbastanza fornita e abbondante. La posizione è scomoda, l'albergo è praticamente isolato da qualsiasi servizio primario. Nel complesso scarso ma non terribile.
