I have already been to you other times on the occasion of work and vacation (about 12 years ago). But I have experienced first hand the real reality of your structure. As soon as I arrived I wanted to go home. You gave me a room that looked like a box with a double bed and a bunk bed inside (with both slats broken). The 17-year-old girl had to sleep in the double bed with us. Fortunately the day after complaining to the reception, they changed my room and gave me the one with the mezzanine M14. Too bad the next day I still had to complain as the bed on the loft and the wall was full of ants. In addition, the bed on the mezzanine, the large one, the net broken through and the girl slept in the small one with her feet sticking out. And this is about the room. Let's talk about eating. Literally an indecent thing. Pasta overcooked, tasteless and full of water. The farfalle allo scoglio had the mussels with fluff attached, so they were not clean. Breakfast, at 9 there was nothing sweet anymore, only the salami, and considering the Covid situation, everyone to take food without masks, and this also applies to the buffet in the evening. Everyone could touch and handle the same cutlery. At noon, the times we wanted to stay in the hotel, we went to buy takeaway food, for breakfast we went to the bar in front of your hotel. I think such a situation is literally shameful. In the pool, never seen a sanitation, never seen cleaning the bottom of the pool that sucks. We went to the animal area. No one has ever come to collect the garbage that uneducated people left around. All the beach chairs cut, old umbrellas. I went to read a review of some broken children's area equipment and went to check it out and they were still broken. It shows how little consideration you have for customers. You charge 5 euros for animals without any sense. You do absolutely nothing for animals. The area as written above was dirty. The green covers are all ripped and raised, which sucks to look at them. You pretend to be a 4-star hotel and charge 4 stars when the structure is worth 1. I've been traveling to hotels for 30 years between abroad and Italy, but it's the first time that something like this has happened to me.
