Looking old & tired. The bed wasn’t made on the bump-bed -had to to it myself. ***** hair on the bathroom sink!!!

The shower did not work well. Moreover one people from the staff entered the room while we were in, nude, and we also shouted we were here and not to get in ! But the place is not so bad and the staff quite nice…

It is a roadside hotel. It is what it is and the best thing is that it is so quiet that you sleep straight through. It is old and its facilities are like that, but its people are friendly and the parking is inside and closes. For what it costs, it's worth it.

Horrible. This is the dirtiest, least maintained first class hotel we have ever experienced. The sheets were not changed, the bathroom door did not close at all having been forced previously, the taps were from another age, the curtain was as brown as if it had been marinated in mud , the toilets were dirty, stained. Shame on this manager who offers such rooms. He must not have much self-esteem.

Bedbugs, change of room. Ok. Then bathroom, no curtain, toilet does not work, questionable cleanliness, water flowing continuously all night! I hesitated to ask for a refund. I pity the staff offering these rooms when Campanile is full.

the welcome was warm, the bed clean and comfortable, the breakfast served in the Campanile opposite was good and plentiful, but the room and particularly the bathroom could do with a major refresh. We are on the verge of dilapidation (very scaled toilets, no shower curtain therefore general flooding in a 1m2 bathroom, cracked, stained sink....). It's a shame.
