I will definitely book this again when i come back to the region. It is family run and so theres a lot of personal touch to it. My wife recognises the “hotel” uses a lot of white light and furniture instead of the usual ambience yellow light in hotel. This totally works for us. It is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is great too. It is a short drive to montepuciano town and montacino

Our stay here was incredible, Niccolo was friendly, outgoing and so helpful giving us recommendations for places to see and eat as soon as we arrived. His positivity was infectious and him and his family were incredible hosts. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. We were there during my aunts birthday and Niccolo remembered and had all of the guest sing to her! He remembered all of our names and made each of us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be staying there again whenever we return to Italy!

This was one of the best finds on our Italian journey. The hotel is super clean and in a quiet side-street within 5 minutes drive out of Montepulciano.Breakfast was generous and went beyond a simple continental spread.Nicolo on Reception was a manic joy with cheerful endless banter whose enthusiastic welcome was continued throughout the whole day as he never seemed to be off duty! A delightful short stay heartily recommended.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet and cosy hotel so close to many amazing places in the heart of Tuscany! The best of all though is Niccolo and his beautiful family that runs this place! Always happy, smily, energetic, helpful and loud (!!) he brings joy to everyone in the hotel! The best holidays ever! They made us love Tuscany even more! Hopefully we'll be back! We strongly recommend it!

Excellent hotel. Inexpensive, spotlessly clean family owned small hotel. Wonderful breakfast with freshly made cakes. Fabulous hosts. It’s located in a very small town with limited restaurants/shops nearby, but there are a couple of restaurants walking distance and Montepulciano is only a short drive. Swimming pool is great, but about a 5 minute drive away.

It's a family-run hotel. They provided excellent hospitality and made us feel like home. You will not find another hotel that cares about the customers this much. Grazie mille, Nicolo, Matteo and family. ＜3

This hotel is clean, tidy & well run..the family are very kind & helpful nothing was a bother.
We didn't realise that this hotel is not in the centre of Montepulciano, so not having a car was a problem..however Mattao organised the bus timetable for us & his partner drove us to the local swimming pool..

What an incredible gem this place is. Easy parking, above & beyond family run Excellent service. Incredibly clean, spacious rooms. Just an hour or so & less from other great areas to visit which the hotel will help you with. Great breakfast too!

Very central hotel, a stone's throw from the thermal baths of Montepulciano, parking on the street, in front of the entrance, lift for those with heavy suitcases, with the family management of a very close-knit "hotel team", exceptional welcome and all staff very friendly at all levels, Free and fast WiFi, large, bright, quiet, very clean room, new furniture, new and modern bathroom, new air conditioning, very efficient and silent, we recommend dinner in the own restaurant with a pre-choice of 3-4 local specialities, perfectly cooked, impeccable presentation of dishes, very good wine from own production, and a large choice of homemade desserts for the breakfast Unbeatable value for money - there are not enough stars for the rating! The maximum rating seen on the internet is true and absolutely confirmed. For sure, we will come back with the first chance, with friends and recommend the same to everyone. Many thanks to the owners and all the staff!
