Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers. Good hotel for a relaxing retreat.

Myself and a group of friends recently stayed here as we were in the area for a wedding. Although some of the staff were friendly - particularly those at reception - we overall found the accommodation very poor and not worth the money. On their website, they advertise themselves as a “4 star hotel” yet when we asked to borrow an iron and ironing board one morning, we were told that this is “an agriturismo, not a hotel.” We were disappointed to attend the wedding in a creased linen dress and suit. We also went down for breakfast at 10:10 one morning (we were told breakfast was available till 10:30). When we arrived, there was few things left - no eggs, cold meats, cheeses. We asked one of the staff for a small selection of things to which we were told that “breakfast finished at 10:30 - there is no more.” We arrived 20 minutes before the breakfast slot finished - it was a very reasonable request to ask for some extra things. Overall, we were disappointed with everything and by our standards, it was not a 4 star hotel but a casual hostel.

Trascorso due giorni in famiglia. Compleanno di mio figlio 9 anni. Ottima struttura complessivamente. Pulita e ben tenuta. Spazi ben gestito e organizzati. Ottimo servizio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Giovane e dinamico lo staff. Diego reception gentile e preparato. Abbiamo soggiornato in camera adatta a famiglia, bella e in ottimo contesto con vista bosco/ lago. Acqua Park bellissimo nel verde meraviglioso delle colline. Piscine pulite. Bagnìni sempre presenti. Bene anche la zona termale al chiuso. Ristoranti con varie scelte, personale cordiale e professionale. Da ritornare!

Ci rechiamo io ed il mio fidanzato dopo aver visto la struttura sul sito che si presentava come spa. Non è possibile prenotare , inoltre non ha limite la struttura: poi gente arrivava più ne accoglievano, una confusione immensa. Per un po’ di relax ci siamo nascosti in palestra per dormire un po’ visto che non c’erano lettini disponibili ( e qua io dico: se non hai abbastanza lettini non prendere più persone scusa!!). Gli utenti si dividevano tra tipici bolognesi snob con la puzza sotto il naso e famiglie con bambini chiassosi sia in spa che nello spogliatoio: ho sentito più silenzio in un parco divertimenti che qui dentro. Personale INESISTENTE nessuno che invitava a regolare il tono, piscina scadente, batiste INCOMPETENTI; in due per fare uno spritz e nemmeno un po’ di professionalità!!! Sono stati soldi buttati ed una piscina comunale è più ordinata e silenziosa

Prima volta in inverno per un breve soggiorno alle terme. Pernottamento a Ca Ida ,cena al ristorante Sillaro. Tutto perfetto. Solo la piscina termale molto affollata, ma in periodo natalizio ci sta. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a fare pun bel massaggio. Sarà motivo per tornare

La qualità di questa struttura si è abbassata notevolmente. Non è possibile prenotare l'ingresso come utenti esterni. Arrivare alle 10,30 significa non trovare più lettini disponibili a bordo piscina. La sala relax è stata smantellata per far posto al bar. Conclusione: 3 ore di "relax" sempre in acqua. Un incubo.

Sono stato al villaggio per un we di relax. Ho usato soprattutto area termale e parco ed è stato tutto veramente ottimo; personale competente e gentile, camera razionale e soprattutto pulitissima, strutture all altezza. Ho apprezzato anche il ristorante principale, buon servizio e ottimo cibo. Spero di poterci tornare presto.

Vilaggio della salute più e il toop. Esistono luoghi che respiri e senti tuoi ecco il vilaggio e cosi ci tornerei semrpe molto volentieri dipendenti tutti disponibili gentili molto solari, al reception Ilaria ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità prima volta ci sono capitata x caso nel 2016.. dal ora tornerei sempre ogni volta che posso anche se ci sono 300km di distanza vale la penna sopratutto d'estate. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE
