Great stay! Only a few minor things. Hot tub wasn’t up and running but that was expected due to the weather. One of our rooms kitchen cabinet door came off the hinge. The other room’s bathroom toilet overflowed during the night. Otherwise, the place was very cozy and quiet. Also, clean! Staff were helpful.

Old and run down: the staff is rude, they charge 22 dollars just to park and don’t tell you till you arrive. The breakfast is bad coffee and dry muffins a little fruit and hard boiled eggs this place has went down hill. The noise is bad lots of street traffic

Glad this place was walking distance to the Wharf area.
Dont rely on breakfast! You'll get lost finding where they serve it.

Overall we had a great experience. From an upgrade to warm breakfast everything was good. I must say that the doors in our bathroom needed to clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room didn't have a weird smell or anything. Just the doors...

The staff checking me in was very nice. The room was below average condition, older, several items broken and worn. Check out was 11:00am, but housing cleaning knock and opened door right away around 10:00am, I was not fully dressed. I asked the afternoon staff male for some food options, he was on his phone, and really never looked up at me, and just pointed the way. This happen twice with the same man. Spa was dirty, and not opened, which I book hotels with hopes of using their spa. Differently would chose a different hotel next time.

Everything was good, but the lobby definitely needed updating to look more professional, and accommodating. Also, the pictures on the website are a lot more inviting that when you see in person. Also, the walls and floors seem thin and you hear people walking above you a lot. Seems the hotel may have been an apartment complex at one time.
