The location is very good. As Camino Real style the service is incredible. Yes, I miss a good restaurant as Maria Bonita (Camino Real legend) inside but there's a lot of options short walking distances.

Convenience to shopping center, restaurants and bars. Excellent service and staff. Cons: Mattress are horrible. Had a terrible sleep over. They need to take care of bedding ASAP.

Everything was great, especially because the hotel is connected to the fashion drive mall. Everything was accessible. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

I will always keep coming back to this Hotel because of its excellent customer service I always receive from its Manager Mr.Salas, doorman Hillario which takes the time to memorize guests names and also Sergio was very attentive. Thank you for making me feel at home ❤️

Hotel Location is excellent, Hotel facilities, cleanliness and comfort are very good. They seem to have a shortage of help, at check in/check out and at concierge/bell boy services

The rooms need renovations, floors, doors and furniture were worn down, the mini fridge was not working and dirty inside although they quickly fixed it. The location is great but for the price I think there are more well kept hotels in the area

This is a premium hotel starting to show some wear and tear. The location is excellent. Many excellent restaurants walking distance. San Pedro is very upscale and feels safe. Most of the staff speak English and were very helpful. WiFi was very good. I would stay here again.
