Serena Majestic Hotel

The structure, as repeatedly written by other customers, is dated and needs renovation, but the staff and the entertainment make you love this place, even as it is! A praise to Max and Beppe for having been able to manage the animation in an excellent way ... I can't find adjectives to define how good it was and how I felt at home. I had been in July for two weeks and returned in September. Lots of laughter, dances, happiness, involvement, kindness on the part of all the entertainers. Marco, Nello, Asja, Manuela, Ambra I will never forget you!!! Thanks to Fabio from the piano bar, for making me dream and dance a lot!!! Thanks to Fabio and Eugenio of the restaurant room for their availability and competence and thanks to Valentina, waitress at the tables. If there is any small flaw, you forget it! I also thank the Management and the head of reception for giving me the opportunity to stay a few more days. I will definitely be back... This village has entered my heart.

I, my wife and my two little girls aged 3 and 10 months respectively arrived with online check-in already done, but despite this we had to wait over an hour with the car not parked, under the sun, for two reasons: one was the lack of trolleys to be able to unload the luggage from the car and the other because to access the car park you need a smart card which is obtained only after personal registration at reception! as soon as we had the studio apartment according to the reservation, we already understood the total degradation of the structure! old, run down, dilapidated, dirty, poorly maintained and badly cared for. a comfort room equipped with a 90s television set on the floor as a bedside table, which was installed after several reports, but unfortunately only received 3 channels, two of which in German and fortunately one in Italian! the absolutely dirty room with ants and cobwebs everywhere, not to mention the toilet which, beyond the cleaning seal, showed itself visibly dirty, the linen torn and with holes that not even the rubbish would have gladly accepted. poorly stocked buffet and poor quality cuisine (too bad for the maitre d' forced to work in there despite his kindness and availability). the serene one made up mainly of staff with little experience who did not look after the little ones at all. the swimming pool with slides arguably attempted and always freezing, not to mention the sunbeds located as best as possible here and there! while the Olympic swimming pool had ten umbrellas for 200 sunbeds, so you couldn't have the shade even if you paid for it! baby feeding room (or rather closet!) that did not respect the scheduled times, i.e. 6.00 - 0.00, instead it was open from 7.30 to 21.00, and at other times, you ask? well, you could easily bring your own bottle to heat under the filthy and multi-spitting plexiglass of the reception, where the staff who happened to take them who knows where! to warm them up in a mysterious retro hall kitchen! it is also right that you know that the tables dedicated to babies in the baby feeding room were only outdoors, mainly in the sun and at the mercy of the hundreds of mosquitoes. the animation could not be seen even for a dream, if not at the time of the evening show that to be lucky to find a seat in the small amphitheater we could have commented on it, but you will have already understood that we never found the place, and luckily I would say , because otherwise today I would have certainly written to you from the covid quarantine rather than as a free man (it is understood that a precautionary distance equal to 0 meters). I have already told you about the almost non-existent cleaning, but it is good to repeat it! in short, we literally escaped in advance from this nightmare structure after only 3 days, where the first two, i.e. Saturday and Sunday, I personally and uselessly passed to the reception for the various complaints, but unfortunately the days of arrivals are devoid of any solution

Inside the Serena is the Pizzeria Gulliver. Not many tables outside, a few more inside and all set in a rather old-fashioned way. Wood-burning oven in bellavista and Neapolitan-style pizzas, seasoned, digestible and at honest prices. Very kind both Vincenzo the pizza maker willing to make some changes, and Lorenzo at the cash desk and handyman. We tasted the excellent focaccias, the succulent calzones and of course the classic pizzas margherita, capricciosa, with frankfurters and all of them were well cooked. The salmon one is very tasty, the fries are crunchy and all the drinks are fresh. You can sit down exclusively to consume what will be baked by the pizzeria, other dishes can only be ordered (they will be written on a slate daily and will vary for lunch and dinner) and collected for take-away within a certain time. They will certainly arrive hot and in small aluminum containers, but our experience in this regard has not been as positive. White pasta only with a lot of oil and no trace of Parmesan, amatriciana with ounces of onion, little pasta with sauce and nothing special, sagne with chickpeas and seafood, lightly seasoned and very disconnected.

Simpatico ma da ristrutturare Struttura datata ma ristorante all’altezza delle aspettative e animazione pure. Un po’ meno gli sport La spiaggia piuttosto curata ma ombrelloni troppo vicini Punto di forza essere direttamente sul mare .

camere da ristrutturare e mancanza di balcone al primo piano non agevola, così come l'insufficienza degli ascensori per chi ha le camere ai piani alti ottimo servizio di accoglienza e al ristorante personale gentile e disponibile cucina molto buona , con materie prime di qualità e ben cucinate animazione non invadente , forse anche un po' scarsa di giorno, ma spettacoli all'altezza di sera un plauso ad Alberto Murgo e Giuseppe Forte, nonchè un saluto speciale a Mario dall'affezionata del nordic walking !!!

Ho trascorso 1 settimana in questo villaggio Bluserena in Abruzzo e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta! Cibo ottimo e molto vario,animazione super,un plauso particolare a Seba,Nello e Desire',sempre coinvolgenti e presenti in ogni momento della giornata e serata! Una pecca le camere un po' datate ma tutto il resto compensava all agrande! Eravamo una compagnia di 12 persone con ragazze ventenni che si sono divertite tantissimo! Un ringraziamento al Direttore Giulian sempre disponibile e presente! Bluserena ci vediamo il prossimo anno Emma
