The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, the room is large, I booked 2 nights with the child, bought a pizza at the nearby supermarket at night, bite the microwave in the hotel, delicious I like it very much. Later, because I rushed to the hotel, I needed to check out one night. The staff of Ctrip also helped me communicate very smoothly. Thank you for the arrangement of Ctrip. Thank you for your staff. The hotel is located in the city center, about 10-15 minutes walk from the commercial area and 3 minutes from the subway station! The room is very big, that is, Ctrip's room is close to the elevator. Took 747 bus from Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport to Lionel Groulx Metro station which was approximately twenty- five minutes. Took Green line towards Honore-Beaugrand and got off two stations later at Guy Concorde. Take the first car so that you can exit at St Matthieu. The hotel is two blocks away on Sherbrooke. Hotel can’t be missed Olson e it’s located right on the corner. The ticket to travel is purchased at airport for $11 and can be used for unlimited travel within 24 hours. Check in to hotel was quick and easy. Since I arrived prior to 3:00 p.m. check in I left my luggage and walked in the nearby area. I was in room 404 which is the last floor. It’s a walk up. Room had exterior view. I found room to be clean. Although it’s no -smoking it did seem previous guest had been smoking. I mentioned it to front desk and when I returned later that evening smell was gone. Room size is nice and comfortable. Working safe box is provided along with umbrella, iron and ironing board. Toiletries were provided and refilled along with towels on a daily basis. No complaints about noise, it was a quiet hotel. Continental breakfast was fine. Being able to get croissants and pain-au-chocolate when it’s warm is good. Hotel location is great since you can walk downtown, Mont Royal Park and as far as Old Montréal if you are a walker. Getting an unlimited card for at least three days makes it easier to cover a lot of the city. There are many spots to eat with a large selection in cuisines especially along St Catherine. I would definitely recommend this hotel . Staff was always helpful.

My husband and I spent a night at Auberge Saint Jacque in Montreal. Such a hidden treasure this Auberge! Very affordable price, yet very comfortable, exceptionally clean, newly renovated hotel. We loved design of our room, it’s functionality and contemporary look. We came very late at night, very tired. Olesya, lady working in reception area, was very friendly, answered all our questions. She was very professional and we felt like we were in right place. Due to coronavirus pandemic we were very concerned about safety, disinfection policies at the hotel. We were pleased to find out that each room routinely sterilized after cleaning according to established protocol. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for clean, modern place to stay on a very reasonable budget

We chose this hotel to spend a romantic weekend, but our experience was terrible, both during our stay until the company's answer when we contacted them. 1) First, the apartment is far from being soundless. We could hear the cry of the demonstration on the day on Sainte-Catherine, the claxons and the speed noises on the evening of the cars around, The low music from apartments around the day and evening, as well as the more lively laughter and discussions of users from nearby apartments. We were wake up every morning by crying from the outside or from the noise of Bass from the apartments around 8h30-9h00 in the morning. When mentioned to the company, they simply told us that we should have contacted them about this, In addition, they simply indicated that it is mentioned in the booking emails that users should not create noise damage last 23:00 or have guests during the pandemic, The hotel is located in a block of apartments. You will find no one who works for the company, whether it's a security agent, a receptionist or even a household staff. We are really concerned with the security aspect if necessary. We would have thought they would have at least assured the presence of a person on the ground in case of problem, and not the promise of sending someone, if necessary. At this stage, also contacted directly the police station if you feel The need. 3) You will find no one who carries the mask in public areas, which is rarely the case. The loft does not include telephone to contact the owners or intercom to contact the lobby or a security agent (which is, in any case, absent).
