My only problem was the shuttle. I couldn’t find a phone number or address of the property. I called 411 for the Hilton Garden Hotel, was connected and the person said there was no shuttle. He suggested z-trip cab. it cost me $30 $5 tip. When in fact there was a free shuttle to MY hotel. You need to be able to distinguish the 2 Hilton’s better. I did get a free shuttle to the airport this morning. It was a genetic shuttle that stopped at a couple of hotels. Which is fine - had I known. $35 for a 2 mile ride to a hotel was out of sight expensive.

The shuttle service was quick and efficient. Our driver recommended some great places to check out too. Checking in the hotel was quick and easy. Our room was clean and for being next to the airport it was surprisingly quiet. Not once did I hear loud people in the hallway or noisy cars driving by. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. I liked that there was some places in the area you can walk to for a quick bite to eat.

Outstanding customer service!!!!! From our special requests to our early check in, A++ level of service.
The hotel is new and right across the street from a military facility. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The backside of the building looks at the airport. We even saw a few deer at sunset. Request a higher floor room to enjoy the view!!!
Had an early morning flight so we missed breakfast. The complimentary shuttle was prompt and appreciated in the early morning hour.
We would absolutely stay here again.

This Hotel was great. Super Fast Friendly Check In. It is Right next to the Airport our Room actually overlooked the Runway which was AWESOME. Loved getting to see the planes land and take off. Thank you to the girl who checked us in and put us in that room facing the Runway. Everything was clean. No complaints. Thank You So much will Definitely stay here again. Was only a 25 minute drive to the concert at Star Lake Pavilion.

The staff was quick and responsive to requests. The property is clean and efficient, and despite proximity to the airport, a plus for travel, it is also fairly quiet. They also provide easy transport to and from the airport. Great place to stay when traveling into and out of Pittsburgh.
