Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moorhead Fargo Area

Just stayed one night on the weekend. Public areas could use a little sprucing up, the elevator was broken and the front desk person would not look at me when checking in. Very unfriendly and unable to get a receipt printed.

Hotel is very outdated… beds were old and lumpy… bathroom floor had dirt behind the door… needs to be remodeled!!

Your place is centrally located as to where I need to be in Mhd on times that I do come up to Mhd. Your price/rooms are great for what I need. Thanks to Staff

This hardly seems like a Wyndham property. Person at the desk hardly looked at me when we arrived and not very responsive to my request for a receipt. The room was large with one queen bed. Lots of room for a cozy chair or two, but nothing but a hard desk chair. There was a chair in the bathroom, but that was for towels because the towel rack was broken. The wall mount for the hair dryer was also broken off. The sink plug would not move up or down. It was stuck in the closed position, so I simply removed it so we could use the sink. When we left we told the same desk person about all the issues. She said she would put a maintenance order out for it. It needed a maintenance order before we got the room! A note of regret for the room we got would have been appreciated and professional, but no such luck on that, either. The place needs new management, new staff, and real improvements. Even the wall clock in the eating area did not work. Don't they care about anything? Wow!

I requested extra pillows and coffee packs which were not supplied at all and called for extra towels and coffee for the next day which again were never supplied for our room

Appeared to be newly remodeled—very nice! Staff not friendly. Breakfast convenient, but just ok. Tv did not work

I booked through ********** and when i got there they charged me two more times for the stay. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get it refunded.

The hotel was good for the price. Candy at the front desk was always friendly, bubbly and willing to help us. She was very knowledgeable about Uber and gave us great directions when we were driving ourselves somewhere.

The only downside was the spring mattress and the smell of smoke in the hallway. I had a smoke free room. The smoking rooms Should be on a different floor from The smoke free rooms. Great inclusive breakfast. PS my room Coffeemaker was broken. I didn’t notify staff due to the number of People checking out.
