Ужасно и убого. Комната наша была не убрана, админ выносила вещи предыдущих жильцов при нас! Стол был липкий от сока. За сумму, что мы заплатили, нам предоставили каморку без окна, с проломленной стеной и духотой. Какие завтраки?) На мой вопрос, можно ли выпить чаю, мы получили отказ. Грязно, очень шумно, хуже коммуналки. Спать невозможно, за дверью громко общались женщины. Контингент сомнительный. Админ все время все забывала, начиная от того, оплатили ли мы изначально (сумма была полная к оплате). Странные запахи по всему помещению. Побрезговали идти в душ. Отдохнуть и выспаться не удалось. Трудно назвать это хостелом.

La administradora Elena es una persona obsesionada con el dinero, cuando se trata de dinero olvida todo concepto social y la relación cliente-anfitrión sencillamente desaparece. Mi caso fue típico y muy bien que le puede suceder a cualquiera; resulta ser que yo pagué por varios días unos 11000 rublos y sólo estuve 4 días en el Hostal, hablé con Elena para que me hiciese un reintegro aplicando todas las tasas de interés y moras que podía aplicar pero por favor que lo más justo era que me devolviese algo, pues no quiso no quiso y se quedó con todo mi dinero y yo sólo estuve 4 días en el Yum Yum hostal donde la administradora Elena le ganó de gratis unos cuantos miles de rublos a este cubano, que grande eres Elena, que inteligente y lista, le ganaste a un cubano a un CUBANO dinero que gran actitud la tuya felicidades estafadora!
