The room I booked for the boss was a little bigger than ours, but there was not much difference overall. The apar**ent hotel is fully equipped with pots and pans, induction cookers, washing machines, clothes drying racks, irons, and oversized wardrobes. It is really a good choice to stay here when attending the Russian MIMS exhibition. You can walk to the exhibition hall and there is AfiMall nearby. , the only drawback is the bathroom, the shower head is not easy to use and the shower is not easy to flush

The location is great , upon check in was by a stunning and a kind receptionist Ekaterina , super friendly always smiling , housekeeping made it s job very nicely too, on time and kept a room clean always. The breakfast has very nice options , very yummy and all waitresses are so attentive and always nearby . Will be coming back definitely, great value and overall very happy with the stay. 1338 K

Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

Hotel 4 Check-in. Mostly for business trips, but we are just an exception! ) once again came to go for a walk in Moscow , to go to restaurants . Usually stayed in the center, first chose the area of Moscow City. The atmosphere and the hotel are pleasant. The entrance sounds a lounge of music. We generally liked everything , here only in the room was cool. And umbrellas ended on the respiratory in rainy weather .... By equipping the room everything is good. According to reviews, consider that the super games category numbers that have 1 bed come out to the yard. We had a room with separate beds with our daughter. Breakfast was taken, not cheap but breakfast level is worthy!!!! Starting day with such breakfast is one pleasure. They were on Sunday pouring prosecco, that's a good start of the day! )))) on the floors is a pleasant smell, there is a chair ”Yamoguchy.” The bar hall works very pleasant barman Arthur. Staff is polite, considering. We arrived from Peter early in the morning from the station, settled in 12.00 instead of 15.00. From the downside - not very convenient booking system. I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

This is the most dissatisfied time for Trip.com to book a room. Trip.com has not arranged a field trip. The hotel address in the middle of the night can not be found. I finally asked, and I can't see the name of the hotel. Later, an old lady came down to talk with the duck. I didn't speak English. I went to the room. A thousand and a few hundred rooms are shown in the picture. It feels similar to a domestic express hotel, except for a better location. The housing price is too low.

The room and location were absolutely great. Everything was nice and clean. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and competence of some of the staff. We had a booking for 2 adults with 2 breakfasts. When we arrived, first, they couldn't find out booking, then they found the booking but said it was only for 1 person. Then suddenly they found that it was for 2 persons but that it was without breakfast, then when I started contacting Trip.com they suddenly found that it indeed was with 2 breakfasts. The next day, when we went to the breakfast, they let us in, but then the staff started chasing us in the breakfast hall saying that we hadn't paid. Then they contacted the reception and confirmed that we indeed had paid. The experience was really not appreciated.
