The hotel was chosen not by me, but by my husband - it was a surprise. He was guided by 4 stars and reviews, but the feeling that they are wound up. We didn't like it. The hotel does not pull up to the declared level. We paid 11 thousand for one night, what we got: a tiny room without a door to the bathroom. One window (second floor) is broken from the outside. There's a HORRIBLE breeze coming from the bathroom window, it's taped up crookedly with masking tape. No shower head holder. The TV is wider than the table on which it is tilted, they were afraid that it might fall. The TV remote does not have a battery cover. There was no bottle of water in the room, no glasses, nothing! But there is a coffee machine - no cups. We asked for a bottle of water by chatting with reception (there is no telephone in the room). They carried it to us for 20 minutes. Brought without glasses, the maid immediately ran away. The bottle of water was just like a decanter with a lid, not factory sealed. Where the water comes from is unknown. They asked for glasses. They carried them to us for 40 (!!!) minutes! With two reminders! How is that in general? The audibility in the hotel is very strong, but there was no noise at night. Of the pluses - subscriptions to streaming services are connected on the TV. In general, a feeling of unfinished, ill-conceived, neglected. When leaving, the girl did not even ask if we liked it. When checking in, they told me about a 24-hour bar, as a result, it did not work. Liked the restaurant at the hotel.

Piccolo hotel vicino la metro barricadnaya. Camere piccole ma ben curate e pulite. Personale molto gentile e disponibilissimo a qualunque ora, molto utile e modo il fatto che usino molto whatsapp. Non ho provato la colazione. Prezzi assolutamente contenuti. Nel complesso consigliatissimo
