This was by far my worst experience in a hotel in all of Russia, and I have lived there for over 5 years. The staff was rude and blatantly incompetent. This is not an ethical nor a moral institution - they do not respect their word. After my friends and I booked two rooms for 10 days and had stayed our first night, the manager informed us that someone else has booked one of the rooms on *********** and that we had to leave it to be 4 people in one room. He promised us a 4th bed in the second room, which never arrived. The next day, he told us that the second room was also booked by someone else, despite us booking it for 10 days, and that we had to leave the hotel. It was extremely disrespectful and he had no regard for our commitment or safety. I strongly advise against booking any rooms at orange hotel.
