The apartments for the maiden were booked, all details were provided with the administrator and staff in advance: the number of people, decorations (mishura on the floor) etc. The problems began since the arrival of the hotel. The girls were not allowed to go to the apartments, arguing that we were over-numbered (as if there should be 4 people), although it was prescribed that a person would be 10 and for the same reason I was deposited in the amount of 100,000. If 4 people were planned, with what logic then the staff demanded this deposit from me? !!! .Having kept us half an hour down, spoiling the mood, with the grief half of us all missed. But nothing ended. During the departure from the apartments, the administrator Polina began to demand a fine of 5000 for the dop.cleaning of the mishura on the floor (though this was stipulated in advance and we were told that the cleaners would take away without problems). Then Polina began to demand 10,000 for cleaning the mishura (apparently there was a price indexation in her head in two minutes). Having heard the argument that everything was stipulated and not getting 10,000 Polina said we need to wait at least an hour now to check the floor (suddenly we scratched it). Now we sit in the clock waiting, with a bad mood and wait for scratches on the floor. I won't be surprised if the floor is scratched specifically. And then the staff will come up with 100 more reasons to fine us and not let us leave quietly. The holiday was successful, you won't say anything! Just disgusting!

The location is great , upon check in was by a stunning and a kind receptionist Ekaterina , super friendly always smiling , housekeeping made it s job very nicely too, on time and kept a room clean always. Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days, we were 11 ladies. We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is great for group travelling. I booked for an Executive studio (42 Square Meter) with breakfast. This studio suite features dedicated work, seating and sleeping areas. It is called Junior Suite (King bed). I really found the Heated towel rails in my bathroom very convenient, for drying up a quick wash. There was an Iron with ironing bord in my closet. An Electric converter was available in my work area. Miss Aliena, from reception was so helpful and efficient on arrival. The Breakfast had wide selection of freshly tasted items, I loved the oatmeal and the banana bread, both were soft and delicious. I had a late lunch once in the restaurant, I had the delightfully fresh Fennel salad and the tasty Salmon with beetroot. SEE photos.

Hotel 4 Check-in. Mostly for business trips, but we are just an exception! ) once again came to go for a walk in Moscow , to go to restaurants . Usually stayed in the center, first chose the area of Moscow City. The atmosphere and the hotel are pleasant. The entrance sounds a lounge of music. We generally liked everything , here only in the room was cool. And umbrellas ended on the respiratory in rainy weather .... By equipping the room everything is good. According to reviews, consider that the super games category numbers that have 1 bed come out to the yard. We had a room with separate beds with our daughter. They were on Sunday pouring prosecco, that's a good start of the day! )))) on the floors is a pleasant smell, there is a chair ”Yamoguchy.” The bar hall works very pleasant barman Arthur. Staff is polite, considering. We arrived from Peter early in the morning from the station, settled in 12.00 instead of 15.00. From the downside - not very convenient booking system. I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

This is the most dissatisfied time for Trip.com to book a room. Trip.com has not arranged a field trip. The hotel address in the middle of the night can not be found. I finally asked, and I can't see the name of the hotel. Later, an old lady came down to talk with the duck. I didn't speak English. I went to the room. A thousand and a few hundred rooms are shown in the picture. It feels similar to a domestic express hotel, except for a better location. The housing price is too low.

The room and location were absolutely great. Everything was nice and clean. However, we were quite disappointed with the service and competence of some of the staff. We had a booking for 2 adults with 2 breakfasts. When we arrived, first, they couldn't find out booking, then they found the booking but said it was only for 1 person. Then suddenly they found that it was for 2 persons but that it was without breakfast, then when I started contacting Trip.com they suddenly found that it indeed was with 2 breakfasts. The next day, when we went to the breakfast, they let us in, but then the staff started chasing us in the breakfast hall saying that we hadn't paid. Then they contacted the reception and confirmed that we indeed had paid. The experience was really not appreciated.

Never before, no reviews were left, the worse, but here the situation is forced to do the opposite. Having looked at the reviews of this hotel and the photos decided to book a room for 5 days through the site, the tariff plan ”confidential choice” (without the possibility of cancelling the booking), the site was able to either make a prepayment, or to implement a ”bank card guarantee” with subsequent payment on the spot. We chose 2 options, all the conditions provided on the site were complied with, arrived and paid the full cost. We were settled in room 7. Having settled, they found a rather unclean room, problems with the plumbing in the bathroom (water in the shelter was not merged, the showers were completely broken), which were reported to the administrator, decided not to spoil the evening and to go to the meeting of the hotel staff, who said that in the morning everything would be removed. But in the morning we were waiting for another unpleasant surprise, opening the closet, and saw a cockroach crawling over the coats provided by the hotel (I would like to note that we didn't have time to place our things in the closet, they stood in the suitcase at the entrance). This fact was the last drop to stay in a hotel called hotel 4*, while in fact not providing services corresponding to this category, was not desired. We have told the administrator about all this, we also said that we understand that this tariff provided for a discount and we are ready to pay these days in full, but we do not want to live with them any more, because there is no guarantee, That there are no cockroaches in other rooms (we were offered to move to another room). On what the administrator told us that the cockroaches you brought yourself, as there were no complaints earlier (at the same time it turned out later that they had problems with this and the day before the disinsection was carried out! ) and what can go to us for a meeting and return money for 3 days, but at the same time they hold a fine of the cost of the day, as we reported cancellation of the booking in less than 24 hours. What cancellation of the guys' booking??? We have complied with all the arrangements and payments and we have not provided the conditions for which we have paid. Where is our fault? We have been told that nothing can help anymore. Very sad when you choose a good hotel, and there apologize worse than in hostels (((and at the same time also such attitude, as well as for the unprovided service do not return money. The feeling that these programs at this hotel with ”unreturned” tariffs are specially done!!! After all, in such an approach it is possible to give at all any number not only with non-working equipment and cockroaches!!!

We stayed at the hotel in the Comfort Plus room, with corner panoramic windows, we really liked the view of the night city, thanks to the corner location there was an excellent overview. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and a floor-length window, very cool. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. Large double bed king size. I would like to note good sound insulation; with my light sleep, I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very tasty, good portions. The staff is polite and helpful. We were very pleased, thank you, we will recommend it to everyone!
