Clean room, staff was friendly shout out to my to the one front desk staff member "DC". I didnt catch his actual name he recently relocated from the DC area but he was helpful in providing directions and fixong our room key issue.

Spotless ,clean , welcoming , beds were comfy , soap and shampoo /conditioner was provided - coffee maker ! was a excellent stay and really close to Charleston ! Mt Pleasant is the place to be though !

This hotel was better than a 5 star - much better! From the night clerk that checked me in to the morning staff that checked me out - so friendly and accommodating. I had asked the night clerk to have my room stocked with ice and extra towels; she did this before I arrived. This morning an employee was on the floor scrubbing table chair legs. I can’t brag enough! Great job.

We got in super late so we I went to check in the lady said she had already missed our check in time and she had done her audit. She said we could sit down and rebook but we still wouldn’t be able to check into until 12pm. The time was 3:45am

This hotel is very poorly managed. I had reserved 3 separate rooms for 3 nights and booked the last night via ******* as my family had a last-minute change to our vacation plans. One of the rooms

Lisa, Lamar, and another tall gentleman with circular glasses at front desk were amazing, hospitable, and very kind. They went above and beyond and made me feel secure as a solo traveler at the time. I would book here again, 10/10 service!

The staff was very professional and kind from the moment I walked in, the room was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. I will stay here again and again!

Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Also loved that my cat could stay!
